Um im a guy but my sis was pregnant twice not to long ago so i'll try to help. ok first off obviously a missed period is a big hint as to something maybe wrong, if you miss it by like 3 or 4 days you may want to take a pregnanty test. also if your really far along like a couple months you may start to eat alot, throw up alot, and just stuff like that. excessive weight gain is a big hint as to something maybe wrong to. hope i could help.

Well if you no his normal hangouts then you and maybe a couple of your friends should go there and you just kinda bump into him, just do anything to get his attention and he will come up to you. If you dont no his hangouts its gonna be a lil harder you may have to ask around alil and see where he goes and what he likes to do. dont be all stalkery about it though. hope i could help.

ok a good diet is eating three healthy meals a day. Dont skip a meal eat all three meals and avoid going back for seconds. also drink as much water as you can. junk food you can have but just remember the more you have the less affective the diet is going to be. you may also want to look into a cardiovascular exercise pick one you enjoy, just as long as it keeps the heart rate up. hope i could help

my opinion diets are stupid. there a way people try to scam people out of money. Sure diets may help lose alil weight but once you stop the diet all the weight comes back. and for the most part diets are not usally to healthy. all you need to do to lose alil weight is drink alot of water and maybe take up jump rope or some other form of a cardiovascular exercise. remember work is the key to losing weight, diets are a lazy mans way out. hope i could help

My question to ask is about Health & Fitness.I've always been going on diets but they never seem to work for me.I mean I want to have the perfect body and be perfectly fit.I weigh about 140 I'm like medium not fat or anything just a little.I would like to weigh at least 110.Do you have any Advice for me? I always been eatting the wrong kinds of food because its soo hard because my mom makes brownies and cookies stuff like that sometimes.I try going on diets but I always seem to eat alot.I did try to starve myself the one time but I told myself thats not the bright Idea.I need too be skinny I want to be skinny and phsyically fit.Please help me
first off with an attitude like that your going to end up driving yourself to anerexia or balemia. Having a perfect body is impossible w/o alot of plastic surgery and even then its not perfect. ok and as to you loosing your 30 pounds naturally thats gonna take you a while but stick with it. ok some advice for loosing it is drink about 6-8 16 oz. cups of water a day. also your gonna have to cut back on junk food for a while, im not saying you cant have it im just saying to cut back as much as possible. also you mine as well give up on sit ups the best type of exercises you can do are cartiovascular... ex. jogging, you might want to get a medicane ball, um jump rope, and if you have one a heavy bag or speed bag are great. hope i could help

sometimes life gives you these hard decsions on one hand you COULD find you soulmate (slime chances) where as on the other hand you could lose your friend over a guy you could be only goin out wit for a week. i guess the best advice is... if you think its worth the chance of losin a friend then by all means go for it if its not then at least talk to her. hope i could help

There is this guy which im very attracted to. He tells his friends that he likes me and even tells my mom he wants to marry me one day! The thing is he never talks to me...he will stare at me but thats it. Why do you think that is? Im not 18 yet so that could be why. People ussaully get depressed when something dramatic happens in there life. the best natural way to help stop depression is just to be there for a person show them the whole world doesnt suck, and must of all try to show them as good of time as any. dont try and tell her you no how she feels becouse no one but her no's how she feels. hope i could help

Meaning your gonna get alot of dreams between now and your sexual maturity that have to do or are based on sexual activities. your dream was prob brought about by you thinking of your bf right before you went to bed and your hormones doin there thing and it just kinda combined them, where the cloud came from i have no idea. hope i could help

ok ima tell you something it may or may not pretain to you... a very good percentage of people dont do the job they wanted to when they were 13. Take me for examble I must have said i wanted to be just about everything. when your young you usally see something or in your case read something and just instantly decide that thats what you wanna do... when in retrospect you really prob wont when your older. so what should you do you should continue through middle school like you have no idea what you want to do that way when/if you decide to do something else at least you havent focused all your schooling on that one subject. And if you are hell bent on being a writer i recommend you start reading ALOT. reading is provine to increase the voc. hope i could help.
