what is the "bread diet"? can it help you lose weight?

my opinion diets are stupid. there a way people try to scam people out of money. Sure diets may help lose alil weight but once you stop the diet all the weight comes back. and for the most part diets are not usally to healthy. all you need to do to lose alil weight is drink alot of water and maybe take up jump rope or some other form of a cardiovascular exercise. remember work is the key to losing weight, diets are a lazy mans way out. hope i could help

ok first diets dont work the way u want them to sometimes they make it worse personally i think u shouuld jus exercise its the natural way running liftin weights it all helps

the "bread diet" is a diet where you dont eat much bread. some people use this to get rid of the extra carbohydrates that bread carry. im not sure if it can make you lose weight. rate me!! -PA
