Sure diets may help lose alil weight but once you stop the diet all the weight comes back. and for the most part diets are not usally to healthy. all you need to do to lose alil weight is drink alot of water and maybe take up jump rope or some other form of a cardiovascular exercise. remember work is the key to losing weight, diets are a lazy mans way out. hope i could help [ MainMan2230's advice column | Ask MainMan2230 A Question ]
