hey sry this is personal, but i wana know if u and/or ur friends shave.. "down there" should i? or shud i not? thanks ;) (link)
I just shave the bikini line and keep the rest short. It's way to much work to shave everything and I have sensitive skin so I get razor burn easily. I guess I would suggest try it once and see, why not? It always can grow back it you dont like it.

18f.

what are some things to do while having sex? such as what to do with my hands. i'm going to be doing it for the first time coming up here and i don't want to just lay there! anything you can think of that you know guys like would be good thanks!:) (link)
There is really nothing you're supposed to do with your hands. I usually will put my hands on his back, on his biceps, run my fingers through his hair, touch his neck, touch the wall (if there is one nearby), grab the headboard, and he especially loves when I grab fist fulls of the sheets for a few seconds haha. But there really is an unlimited amount of things you can do with your hands, I just explore his body or do whatever just seems to happen. :)

I think the last time I asked this question it wasn't worded correctly, because I didn't really get the answer I was looking for. Its not that I'm scared to tell a future boyfriend what I need to orgasm, because I'll eventually build up the courage to have that talk when we're ready.

Here's my real concern: Is it abnormal that I can only reach orgasm when I squeeze my butt and thigh muscles while I'm being stimulated? If I don't tighten those muscles, I can't orgasm. (link)
I have to do that too so I don't think it's abnormal. Putting it simply, guys don't care how it happens they just want it to happen. lol

my boyfriend wants to eat me out, but everytime we get to it i say i'm not ready. i always say that cause what if it tastes weird to him? are there any way i could make sure it doesn't. with out putting any kind of lubes/gels in there. i just want it to be natural. it never smells bad, but i dunno. any kind of foods to make it taste better? idk. (link)
19/f I was really nervous when my boyfriend wanted to do it, but I trusted him and love him so I went with it and it was amazing. Supposedly guys like the way girls taste as long as they keep themselves clean. So I would say as long as you trust him completely, I wouldn't let the fear of taste stop you. :)

So I am in love with my boyfriend. Its going to be 1 year this valentines day. Things are very good between us, and he is convinced were going to spend the rest of our lives together. I am 18 years old, he is 26. You see a problem there? At first I thought he was crazy when he said it but hes just so sure were gonna get married that hes starting to convince me of it.

Me, being the young, less experienced one want to believe that it will work out. I want to believe that everything will be perfect between us. Yet theres still so much I haven't experienced in life. He's doing his last 4 years of school, I'm starting my first 4 years. He's dated so much its almost ridiculous, and I've barely dated at all.
He says that because he's dated so much he KNOWS that I am all he ever wanted. He loves everything about me etc etc. He loves that I am pure. Well its my lack of experiences thats making me so.

Regardless of the fact, whats also true is I love him. I need him. I want to be the one for him. I am just so afraid that our age difference is going to tear us apart.

I'm very inquisitive all the time and curious because I love knowing what he thinks about everything. He says that I ask the same questions but thats because I get different answers all the time. He's more direct in his thinking. He says he doesn't see the point in me asking the same question when the answer is so plain obvious. Says its repetitive. I tell him it's because I think too much. Maybe it is, but I like getting him to think about things. He needs to understand me better in that way.

I guess my question is what do you guys think about this whole deal? I need some sort of opinion because I seem to be the only one who is thinking ahead and seeing both of us getting hurt. I am probably just scared, yet somehow, something doesn't feel right about this. However, I cannot even begin to finish that thought because we are both going to get hurt immensely if it doesn't work out. And hes been hurt so much before that I don't know if he can handle it. I know I barely can. Does anyone have any advice or thoughts on the matter? Sorry if it was really long... (link)
I would just talk to him about marriage. My boyfriend and I talked about marriage in depth (i'm 19, he's 22) and we know we want to get married at some point but we're not in a rush. He also understood that I don't want to get married right now, maybe once I turn 21. So yeah, I would just talk to him about it and talk to him about how he feels about waiting.

Hi,
A while ago, when I met this guy, I was pretty overweight. 200lb/5'5". My doctor told me I had a hormonal problem and he put me on BC which helped bring me down to 165 lbs.
I've been on a really strict diet and exercise plan but all it has done has maintained my weight. My doctor says to give it up because my family has a history of obesity (my mum is 225 lbs and my dad is 350 lbs) so it may be harder for me to lose more but I lost two pounds in the past month and that means I know I can do it but it'll probably take a bit longer than I hoped.
Anyway, I really like this guy, we're really good friends. I know he likes average girls. He has a picture of Jennifer Love Hewitt for his background when she was skinny but he's always dated like normal but still slender girls, I don't know an example might be something like this -> (http://img202.yfrog.com/i/69777407.jpg/)?
I really like him and know some people might think he's shallow because of weight but I don't really care because I understand about standards and all of that. He's actually really nice, he's very respectful towards women and he always shakes his head when I refer to my diet so I know he's concerned about me as a friend. I would really like him to be more than that I honestly think that because I was so overweight before, he never looked at me that way.
We've always flirted and teased each other but he never took it further? So could you please take a look at the generated image of me (it's pretty accurate except my hips are a bit bigger I think) and let me know if you think he could overlook my weight because of my personality? -> (http://img684.yfrog.com/i/shapeo.jpg/) or do you think I should lose more weight?
And please don't ask me to tell him straight up. I don't think I could handle that sort of rejection.
Thanks for your help (link)
There's really only one way to find out and that is to ask him. Also, if a guy wont date you because you're a little overweight then he's not good enough for you anyway. 3rd, you should lose weight for yourself not for some guy. Everyone should lose weight for their health, confidence and just to feel good. No matter what you look like just be confident. Have that attitude of "it doesn't matter what anyone thinks of me, but how I feel about myself.". People in general are impressed with that kind of attitude. Walking around with confidence can actually make you more physically appealing to guys too.

I've been with my boyfriend for about a year and a half and we're kind of in a rut when it comes to hanging out and running out of things to do. What are some (not super expensive) date ideas?

We've done the usual hanging at houses, renting/going to movies, eating out, mall, etc to death. (link)
I'm 19 and my bf is 22, we've been going out for a year. There's lots of things you can do. Like for valentines day we're going to make our own home made pizza and have a candle lit dinner in my bedroom on a coffee table. lol. We also like to play World of Warcraft together. I'm definitely not a nerdy type girl and never ever thought I would enjoy that game but man its really fun! You can also bake, and if you have any cheap local museums or something nearby. We have an old military fort near us that we went to and it was only a couple bucks to get in. If you like hiking thats a really fun one too, Or bike riding.

okay, so it snowed where i live today, and yesterday while driving i had 3 dots of gas left. i had no money so i assumed that i can just go the next day (tonight) with some money. well, as i was defrosting my car becuase there was a coat of ice, my gas thingy went down to 1 dot. (its electronic, the speed, temp and gas) and theres a gas station about 3 miles away from my house... and i know this is stupid but i drive behind my parents back (i have a jr. license and they dont like my driving for school, but im in midterm week and i have a final at 9:40 in the morning.. theres no way im taking the bus at 7:00 an waiting around almost 3 hours to take a test.. haah) so im wondering, for those who have a 2009 honda civic... does your car have a backup gallon or something?

and if it doesnt, how can i get to the gas station without running out of gas... im jstu really scared. i turned the car on and there was 3 dots.. went right down to two..and now is at one. ... and my car is kinda parked on an angle so could that have anything to do with how its measuring how much gas i have left? (link)
If the gas station is literally only 3 miles from your house, you most likely would make it. Or if you have a friend that drives ask them to take you to the gas station and get one of those red jugs, fill it with gas and pour it in your tank.

I'm in a long distance relationship, I want to end it. I haven't been happy for over a month, the distance isn't for me, and now it's interfering with my grades in college.

The guy I'm with is extremely emotional & I KNOW he'll cry/be upset for ages. (It took him over 2 yrs to get over his ex!) If I talk to him via the phone, he might possibly be able to suck me back in as he always does. But I'm tired of feeling bad for him, and I need some advice on how to not back down on my decision once he starts crying. I will feel bad, I do have some feelings for him, but I really KNOW in my heart that breaking up is the best decision for me.

I guess what I'm asking is..is phone the best way to do it? My friends suggested email, which I honestly would prefer, but he's very, VERY close with his parents, and I know my email would be shown to them. And knowing him, he might even ask them to contact my parents to try and talk me out of the break up. Yes, I am actually scared. I'm considering telling him that I'm moving so he thinks my address is different, and won't show up on my doorstep. You'd think we're 12 year olds, but he's 22, and I'm 19.

I KNOW he will have an emotional breakdown. Ah, I just really need advice on what to do? I want to this as soon as possible. I also don't know how to bring it up, we talk everyday. Should I start not talking to him as often, and then eventually do it? Please help!! (link)
I would do it by phone. The internet is less personal and if you care about him the way you say you do you need to break up with him respectfully. Would you really want to be broken up with over the internet? I would say what you need to say, then tell him you can't talk any more and you have to hang up and that you would appreciate it if he did not try to contact you so you can try to start moving on. After that just don't talk to him. You need a clean break, just do it and be done.

My wife and I recently can home from out to dinner and found my 14 year old son and his 14 year old girl friend in the family room on the floor having sex. To be honest we did not come in on them for about 5 minutes because we went straight to our room and kept hearing "something" and finally went out and there they were completly naked and had obviously been active for at least all of the time we were there - and for a while before. There were two used condoms on the floor and my son was using a third.

Yes they stopped when we came and. We told them to get dressed and clean up. We called his girl friends parents and discussed the situation with them. They said that they had been having safe sex for six months. She too is on the pill while he uses a condom. I am ashamed to say they are more careful then his mother and I were when we were young. They are good kids and do have a happy healthy relationship together (without the sex). We do not want them having sex at such a young age but we are not sure if putting up an "iron curtain" between the two of them is the answer - the girl friends parents agree too. We can use some advice.

Thanks

Everyone else kind of covered everything but I have 2 suggestions. I would not say, "No Sex" but I would explain how important birth control is. One other idea my mom's friend did with her kids is she took them to Wal-mart into the baby section and showed them how much all the baby items (crib, diapers etc) cost and then explained to them how much they would make in a minimum wage job and all of the financial responsibilities of a baby.

okay, I am in my last year of highschool and I decided I want to join the military. I have talked to both Army and Marine recruiters. They both are very nice and both described the kind of training very well(I think they were only so nice because they want me to sign up though). Im just not sure which one to pick. Can anyone give me any advice on either?

Ps. i am between Airbourne, the Rangers,or the Marines. I want to do the infantry aswell.

Go for Air Force! Pretty much for the same reasons the other person said.

I'm looking to get a new iPod sometime soon (possibly for Christmas) and I've been researching the different kinds they have out right now but am indecisive about which one to get.

I currently have a 4 GB 2nd generation iPod nano, which holds around 1000 songs. This worked great for me back in 2007 when I bought it, but I'm now up to 2000 songs and counting on my library and it won't let me upload anymore, I have to be selective about what I put on there.

So I have a lot of music, and probably get around 5 new songs every few weeks so its getting up there.

Any recommendations?
Is the iPod touch really all its cracked up to be? The 64 GB holds around 14,000 songs.
Or maybe the iPod Classic? Do any of you have one? I go running with my iPod, so do you find that it is annoying to run with? Same for the iPod Touch...?
I'm a little hesitant about the iPod Nano, they update those the most frequently so it would probably be outdated very soon. Then the 16 GB holds 8000 songs..which sounds like a lot but hey, two years ago I thought 1000 was a lot.

So basically what do you all suggest? If you have and iPod Touch or Classic, can you run with it? Was it worth the buy? I want something that holds a TON of music, but isn't too bulky.

Thanks! Lots of different suggestions would be great. =] (link)
I have an Ipod nano and I like it, but I also don't have a TON of music.

I wish I could get an Ipod Touch. To answer your question if they are as good as they are cracked up to be - I would say they are awesome if you are going to use the apps but why spend the extra cash if you are not going to use a lot of apps?

my boyfriend really wants me to sing for him. i hate my voice...like talking and singing...i have kind of a low voice...idk i just flat out hate it. so my singing confidence is really low. he says i could sing with the radio on loud but i don't know what i should sing....any suggestions? (link)
lol, yeah, it took me a long time to sing in front of my boyfriend because I am a terrible singer. I would try to make it less awkward like why don't you both sing a song together in the car so he's not just sitting there staring at you while you sing. Plus if you are both singing together it will kind of wean you into singing on your own.

Honestly the main way I got over it was I figured I want my boyfriend to love me for me, even if I am a terrible singer :P. Trust me I am a terrible singer and he thinks it's cute when I sing lol. Just go for it! He's not going to break up with you for singing terribly lol!

So I'm still a virgin and it's kind of a big deal.

So, out of curiosity I was wondering when did you lose your virginity (what age you were) and how did it happen?

Give details please, not on the actual sex but on how it happened. For example, don't just say 'with my first boyfriend' or 'at a house party', say exactly how it happened.

And if you're still a virgin, would you please say so too and say your age and how you feel about losing your virginity? For example, do you think you're ready to? Do you want to? Why do you want to or why do you want to wait? Do you feel pressured?

Thanks, x (link)
I lost mine when I was 18 (19 now). It was with my boyfriend (22) while we were in his home town staying at his friends house. We had been together for 2 months but I definitely knew that there was something bigger to this relationship than just dating and we've been together for almost 9 months now. It was very special :)

My girlfriend recently moved into a new apartment and people have been complaining about loud music noises coming from her place. She kept telling me about the building manager coming down and telling her that she needed to quieten things down with the music. She has explained to him that she doesn't even own a sound system or anything of the sort to make such noises. The woman doesn't even have a television!

I helped her "apologize" to the neighbors and we bought flowers and went around to them, letting them know who she was and that the noises were probably from us moving her things around the first few nights. They keep complaining though and I'm afraid she's going to be asked to leave when she has done NOTHING wrong.

What else should we do? I don't think the building manager believes her over the older tenants there... (link)
You guys should go talk to the manager and explain to him that you do not have anything in the apartment that could make such noises. I would even invite him up to see. Other than that I don't think there is much you can do. Good luck!

16/f
ive dyed my hair a LOT. ive had it every color of the rainbow, and every shade of every color in the rainbow. but ive grown up, so now im stickin to the natural look. the problem is its damaged and frizzy.

i curl my hair by scrunchin it with gel because its the ONLY way to wear it without straightenin it (and i dont wanna do that because its already damaged duh). but when i used a normal amount of conditioner for my hair, it doesnt curl and it is just frizzy.

what can i do to help repair & de-frizz my hair without it bein a conditioner that ruins my hairstyle ? like a shampoo or a once a month cream thing. i tried the pantene mask thing and it hasnt worked.

THANKS ! :) (link)
I like Aussie Moisture Deep Conditioner. It's one of those ones you leave in for 3 minutes.

hey im 18/f i've had a perm before but it ended up like super crazy curly and i didnt really like it that was back when i was like 14. I was thinking about getting another perm but i dont want it very curly i want it sort of "crimpy" in a way. Is there anything i can tell my hair salon when i go and get one so she knows what im saying is there any tecnical term for it? Just like wavy hair that looks crimpy but not bad.

Thanks (link)
I agree take a picture of exactly what you want

i'm female, 38 years old. I cannot come to a decsision about leaving my 9 year relationship. we are not married and have no children. he is a heavy drinker and smoker. he will not consider stopping drinking or smoking. he works but i know that i will not have a secure financial future with him. i have a good job and pay a majority of the bills. i love him but cannot decide if financial security is a good enough reason to leave. (link)
The main question is are you happy? And like the other poster said is he doing his share in this relationship?

Now I don't have a ton of relationship experience but with my boyfriend I can not even IMAGINE myself with someone better because for me there is no one better. Not that our lives are fairy tales (like he's getting deployed in a couple months) but I still would not have it any other way because I love him that much. Ultimately you have to make the decision, no one else can, but should you be with someone you are even kind of considering leaving?

my menstral cramps are absolutely terrible, like the first day they hurt so bad i'm like screaming. midol doesn't do much and neither does tylonol or anything really. i've heard that birth control helps it? but my mom won't let me get on bc because she says it causes breast cancer. (i was also thinking about birth control because i want to start having sex with my boyfriend of 2 years and i want to be safe) but yeah do you think birth control would be a good idea for me? what are some of the side effects and how can i convince my mom to let me on it? thanks (link)
I had TERRIBLE cramps where I would be in bed for at least 2 days and miss school for them and everything. I am not a baby either, I have a very high pain tolerance. Some people just get them worse than others.

I went on birth control and it helped so much! My periods do not interrupt my everyday life anymore. It's the best thing I ever did. I would do research and print out information from multiple resources and then go talk to your mom. You have to have some information to back you up and it will also show her how serious you are about this.

Good luck!

Okay. I'm 20yrs old, Female, about 5'3ish and I weigh around 155. Most of my weight is in mystomachand love handle area, I just started walking, I can't really run, cause of my quick weight gain and it puts strain on my knees, I only I guess "speed" walk on a treadmill for abou 15mins. I'm also on the debo shot (been on it for almost a yr in Nov) and I know that makes you gain weight, so I plan on changing that also.
I just need to know of any good websites, that I don't have to pay for to help me with a meal plan. Keep in mind that my daily life is VERY different, I work a 3rd night shift and sleep during the day (not all day just from 8am-4pm, getting the full 8hrs) Or if there are any deits things I can buy to help me weight lost go a little faster, I've never been this big and I'm startin to feel really uncomfortable about my self, and that is nothing like me, I was 105 for the longest time an I have gained so much weigh with inthe past yr and half.

I just need some sort of good advice on what my best bet is going to be with losing ths weigh that i have gained. (link)
I did weight watchers for about 6 months and lost 30lbs and I still use it today to maintain my weight. I personally liked weight watchers because it helped me make a lifestyle change instead of just dieting. I do highly suggest weight watchers, but you don't really need to. All I can say diet wise is - fruits and veggies, fruits and veggies, fruits and veggies!

Also try to eat many small meals a day rather than 3 bigger meals and use portion control. When I started measuring my food out for weight watchers I realized how much mass I was eating. I usually take 1/2 of what I am going to actually eat for dinner first. I eat that and then I can go back for "seconds" and get the other half of my food.

Lastly eat slowly and take smaller bites. It really helps. When I eat something with a spoon I use a teaspoon rather than a tablespoon.

Another little trick I learned is if you have a craving, wait 30 minutes. Usually the craving will pass.

My usual daily eating plan looks like this:

Breakfast: Bowl of cereal (Special K, Smart Start or any of the Kashi brand cereals (low in calories, high in fiber))

Mid morning snack: Banana (or any fruit of choice)

Lunch: Sandwich (I use 2 pieces of lunch meat and 1 piece of low fat cheese (watch that cheese it will kill your diet if you eat more than one!) on a wheat or grainy bread)and a piece of fruit.

Afternoon snack: I usually go for a low calorie yogurt. I like yoplait whips. Or as always fruit or veggie!

Dinner: Salads are great for dinner but watch what you put on them, adding any sort of fresh veggie is great but watch your cheese, croutons, etc. and especially the dressings, only use the low fat-fat free ones. Stir Fry's are also wonderful and so are Smart Ones frozen dinners (they even have the weight watchers points right on the box) Whatever you eat, just watch your portions!

A great meal replacement are smoothies, especially if you are on the go. Tropical Smoothie has delicious smoothies (and the lowest calories I have found) They will make them with splenda too which almost cuts the calories in half! One of their smoothies made with splenda (which are huge) is almost half the amount of points than a sandwich!

Smoothie King is great too but you have to be VERY careful there because some of their smoothies are over 3,000 calories (yup 3,000) BUT MOST OF THEM are about the same weight watchers points as a sandwich. (Check their website they have calories etc)

A few more quick tips because this post is getting very long:
- cut some calories by changing things as simple as getting 1% or skim milk instead of 2%.
- drink only water, coffee, tea(and smoothies lol)
- if you need cream in your coffee get the fat free low calorie powdered stuff

Remember:
- Portion Control
- Lots of fruits and veggies
- Lower the calories, higher the fiber the better
- Eat slowly
- Smaller bites

Finally, I also would like to say don't focus on your actual weight and focus more on being healthy and getting to a point where you feel great about yourself, regardless of your weight.

Oh and also, no fast food, even the salads, unless you put nothing on them.
