ahh i totally understand this! i'm SUCH a terrible singer, but i just go all out anyway. You just have to learn to make a total fool of yourself and be able to laugh about it and enjoy yourself. I love just blasting the radio and singing as loudly as i can. Pop songs are always good. Taylor Swift is the BEST to sing with. but popular songs are usually pretty easy to sing with. just remember that when you're scared and nervous it's going to be really awkward, just have fun with it and don't e embarrassed!

lol, yeah, it took me a long time to sing in front of my boyfriend because I am a terrible singer. I would try to make it less awkward like why don't you both sing a song together in the car so he's not just sitting there staring at you while you sing. Plus if you are both singing together it will kind of wean you into singing on your own.

Honestly the main way I got over it was I figured I want my boyfriend to love me for me, even if I am a terrible singer :P. Trust me I am a terrible singer and he thinks it's cute when I sing lol. Just go for it! He's not going to break up with you for singing terribly lol!

Hi,
I have sort of a lower voice as well. I don't enjoy singing. But one one thing I have notices is that singing a song normally sang by a guy comes easier. My voice doesn't sound as flat. Try metro station, david cook {leave a light on}, or somthing along the lines of those.

-he will love you no matter what you sound like as long as you have the courage to try new things, and not back down!

ps. at the end don't ask him if he liked your singing, because if you did sound bad, he will feel like he has to lie { I bet you don't i am just suggesting in case! :)}

bye
