I, however, scrunch my hair, because I have naturally curly hair..
Steps to Scrunched Hair-
1. Towel dry hair.
2. Pic hair out, never brush it causes frizziness.
3.Spray some mousse into your hand, and scrunch away!

Now, if you have straight hair, and want more volume, I'd say just spray some hair spray in it and tease your hair.

It all depends. If you have stick straight hair, then your hair isnt going to want to curl period. So it may not hold a couple hours if that, if you have straight hair, and dont want to use hair spray.
If your hair has curl to it already, then yeah, its possible, they may become looser. I'd still spray a little hairspray in it though, just to be safe.

Every female will discharge different, when I got my period for the first time, I discharged a LOT! And it scared me to death. Its normal for girls to discharge, and you may think its alot, however it may not be as much as you think.

If this is your first period while on the pill, yes, its very normal. It takes atleast two to three months for your period to regulate after starting the pill.

Well you have to take into consideration, that he IS a senior, and the other girl that likes him is a freshman, thats 3 or 4 years difference, as I read, you said he's really mature; not many freshman I know are that mature. So, him being "grown up" you would think he would want the same thing in return. You definately have the advantage. Make sure he dont only think of you as a friend, and the high fiving deal, isnt a good start. Watch him, see if you can catch him lookin at you, when you all accomplish something, or whatever he gives you the high fives for, check his smile, is it a "Wow I really like this girl" smile or is it a "She's a cool kid" smile. As for getting closer to him in school, talk to him more. Your around him, start up a conversation, "Hey did you do over the weekend". Thats the only real way to get to know someone, talk to them. Maybe he'll even ask you out. As for flirting with him, if your good at dropping hints, you could do that. If your sexually active, its not smart to mess with your pills, trust me, I've tried. When you mess with your pills, sometimes, you'll have a two week period, depending on how long you've been on the pills. If you've been on them a long time, your body is use to your period, and it will continue on its normal week, even if it does start the week before.
While in Florida, just wear tampons, that should be fine, and it dont hurt to get in water with them, it doesnt fill them up or anything.

After getting out of the shower, Scrunch your hair with the towel. After that, pick it out, never use a brush, it causes frizziness, spray a little bit of mousse in your hands, scrunch it into your hair.
