My parents never let me, nor take me to get my hair cut. I want bangs so bad, so im thinking about cutting them myself. I have the proper scissors for it, I just need like on strand. But i dont know how to do it and i dont want to screw my hair up. Any tips on how to do it nicely? (link)

Here's How:
1. Always start with dry hair. You never want to cut your bangs while wet because they'll shrink when dry and look too short. If you usually blow-dry your bangs, apply styling gel then dry. If you usually wash & wear, then let them air dry.
2. Using a comb, precisely section off the hair you don't want to cut. You can put the other hair in a ponytail or pin it up with bobby pins. But only your bangs should be left loose.
3. Divide your bangs in half using a styling comb. (Styling combs have baby-fine teeth). Take one half and comb bangs down with the comb teeth facing out. Rest the comb on your browbone. Don't cut your bangs any shorter than where the comb hits your face.
4. Start 'point-cutting' or snipping the hair at a 45-degree angle. Work slowly, doing a bit at a time. Never cuts bangs straight across since it's impossible to keep a perfectly straight line.
5. Repeat 'point-cutting' on the other half

my boyfriend and i have been going out for a little under a year. i love him so much and care about him and i found out that he's been doing something i dont really approve of. but its not what hes doing that upsets and worries me, its that he's been lying to me about it, and then said he's never lied to me. i dont know if i can trust him anymore. i dont want him doing what hes doing, but if he's going to i want to know about it because i dont like being lied to. i want to talk to him but i have no idea what to say? any ideas? i really care about him and love him and don't want anything to happen to him. :-\ (link)

Chocolate and olive oil truffle With flor de sal and red pepper raspberry jelly:
Ingredients
For the truffle:
100ml (7/16 cup) cream
150ml (5/8 cup) milk
250g (9 oz.) dark bitter chocolate
80ml (1/3 cup) olive oil
20ml (4 teaspoons) Grand Marnier
flor de sal
Raspberry & red pepper jelly:
2 red peppers; 200g (7 oz.) pureed raspberries; 10ml (2 tbsp) raspberry vinegar; 2 gelatine leaves; 100ml (7/16 cup) water; 50g (1.75 oz.) sugar
Preparation
Roast the red peppers in a hot oven or place under a hot grill. Cook until the skin starts to blister and blacken slightly. Place in a bowl and cover tightly with cling film. Make sure it is air-tight. The steam will help to remove the skin. When cold enough to handle, peel off the skin and discard the seeds. Place the peeled peppers in a blender and blend to a purée.
Soften the gelatine in a little cold water. Bring the sugar and water to the boil. Squeeze gelatine dry and add to the sugar syrup. Remove from the heat and whisk until the gelatine has dissolved. Add the red pepper, raspberry puree and vinegar. Allow to set in the fridge for at least six hours.
For the olive oil truffle:
Bring the cream, milk and Grand Marnier to a boil and remove from the heat. Break up or chop the chocolate and add to the warm cream. When the chocolate has dissolved, add the olive oil and mix well. Pour into a plastic container and leave in the fridge to set.
To serve:
Cut the red pepper and raspberry jelly into small squares. Place a spoonful of truffle mixture in the center of the plates, sprinkle with a little flor de sal and add three squares of red pepper-raspberry jelly and a few fresh raspberries to garnish.

my "friend" is being a b**** to me i was just walkin down the hall and with her and my other friend and i was talkin about sumthing and right in the middle of it she says: "shut up no one likes you!" i was flabberghasted and then i pushed her cuz i was mad and she didnt really get it and i really wanted to call her a fucking bitch but it was too late for me to say anything then she walked off. and i dont get why she is saying things like that too me i always make her laugh and we have fun together and then she says sumthin like that it just doesnt make any sense to me...so wat should i do? she really shouldnt treat me this way but i still want to be her friend cuz we have been friends for a really long time...

okay this happens to people a lot...the next time she says somethingjust stop her and say WHAT THE HECK IS YOUR PROBLEM!? She'll then realize that his has been bugging you and you can see why she has been doing it.

Okay im 17. I've liked this girl since the 8th grade, and im now a senior she is now a JR. Winter formal is coming up and i have been talking to her about it for almost two months. She has only been talking about how she wants to go with this one guy. I really wanted to ask her but i didn't want to make her sad or anything. Now she was told a different guy was going to ask her and shes really happy. So after she found out that he was going to ask her, but before he did i told her i wanted to ask her and that i was kinda sad that it got all messed up. Then the next day she said he asked her, and i said, "well you said no right". And she said, "i did", but then about 5 min later she said, "she was just kind she really said yes." We are pretty good friend i talk to her almost every day, and she will always say hi to me and stuff. but im confused on why she would say something then do something else or any of that. I think she flirts with me once in awhile, and stuff like we bet how many points she gunna score in basketball, and i alway make it a low number so she wins and stuff but if you could help me out that would be great thanks. aww...i know how you feel i had almost the same problem but with a guy instead...it seems like she really likes but maybe she just needs time...if not that then maybe she just wants to be friends. I think that you should ask her exactly what she thinks of you...if she likes you or not....What do you have to lose?

Hey Guys, I have a HUGE Problem, I know you guys are probably gonna say "You shouldn't care what people thinks!". Well I need to answer that. I can't help it. It all started when Me and My best friend Amber. We Arn't Like That (Lesbian). She has a Boyfriend and yeah I am Single. We act like sisters though. We 'Sometimes' share a drink (pop, etc.). well if you like someone maybe you should try asking them out but if you're shy that might be a problem...whoever is calling you a lesbian you should try to tell them who you like or you should prove it to them somehow. You should really think about asking someone out though

Ok, so i was on spacefem and i was taking a quiz and it asked me if i like dark ppl or am i dark.
I was like wtf is dark? Also, when i was younger i used to watch teen titans and one of the TTs {Raven} was dark and the only difference that i spotted is that she meditates and dresses completely in purple. Can someone tell me what dark means, personalitywise? (link)
