Q: Hey everyone...my best friend always seems to not follow through with her plans. Most of the time it's the fault of her parents cuz they can be pretty strict. I know I can't be mad at her for that, but sometimes I feel very frustrated that she can never hang out cuz i wanna spend time with her n stuff. And the times wen she says the can hang out, the next day il ask her if she can still hang and she'll say "maybe" or "idk" and then by the time she figures out she can't hang out it's too late to do n e thing about it. It just annoys me that even when she says she can hang out something always happens, is there anyway I can change this?
i'm sure its pretty annoying. but she should not say she can hang out until she has talked to her parents and they have given her permission to do so. you could have her talk to her parents and set up maybe a couple hours per week that her parents will let yall hang out so it will be a planned thing and not so random..hope this helps...xOxooo

Q: ok is there a way u can get ur arms like..more strong like more shape cuz mine have fat that needs to go..like wut helps? dont say pull ups..lol cant do those ..but if neone knows ne work out ways like explain it ..um that would help thx
you need to start a daily plan...so at first you could just simply do 5 push-ups a day until you feel that is too easy (that could be like for a week or even a month) then you can work up to 20 push-ups a day..but dont just start and do 20 push ups a day because that can be dangerous and not even very helpful. you could also do some fun yoga or exercise classes that overall tone your body (including your arms, but ur abs and legs too) hope this helps...xOxooo
