When I go to the doctors office, he shows me a chart that charts my weight and height, and has my weight and height when I was younger. I think that the chart is related to BMI, but im not positive. Anyway, does anyone know where I could find a chart like that?

Hm. After you eat dinner every night, wait an hour or a half hour and then do 50 sit ups and 50 push ups, and then maybe run a lap around your block or something, and then drink some water, and goto bed. And then in the morning before school/work, just do some warmups, like, stretching your arms, and that should do the trick. =]

Ok, I'll start off by saying I'm in college and I've only really had one real relationship in college that lasted about 6 months. There's this girl across the room in class that I think keeps looking at me and I think is really cute and nice, but we never seem to make eye contact (we have a couple times though). She doesn't have facebook or myspace, so I cant tell if she has a boyfriend or not and I'm too shy to just go up and talk to her. Awh, it's fine. I`m a shy person too, even though I`m a girl. But, i always like when guys walk up to me and are kinda shy, and they don't always know what to say, but they still make it look so cute. Just try going up and asking her how her classes are going, or if she wants to maybe go get a bite to eat or something. he's also very personal with me. Lately, i've been finding all of this flirting around strange. And I confronted him. Whether he likes me or not....he told me he was being JUST friendly...and that I mistook everything for love.

he's obviously stupid if he cares about what other people think, but it might also be that he could like you, but since he's 18, and your younger than him, he wouldn't want to get caught doing anything with you or dating you because it could cause him to goto jail. Maybe he's just a player and he's just acting like he likes you, just try asking him when he isn't around his friends, and see if you get the same response you got when he was in front of his friends.

Hm, I've been in the same situation before, but it's totally up to you on which one you like more. Try getting to know them both better, and seeing what you have in common with both of them. Whichever one you feel more of an attraction to, and whichever one you feel more comfortable around, i would choose that one.

Hm, maybe he's starting to like you? I can't really tell you for sure, but if you have feelings for this guy, you can try hanging out with him more often and try to get to know him better, and then maybe work up the courage to tell him you like him? And then you can see how it goes from there.

My dog's been doing that too, and we took her to the vet, but they just said to keep her rested and make sure she doesnt jump up and down from steps or beds etc. and to make sure she's eating healthy. If you know exactly where the pain is, try wrapping their leg gently with a pad or something.

since 7th grade, i've always worn a shirt over my bathing suit when i swim. i never wear low cut shirts, tank tops, or spaghetti straps. because my chest and back is COVERED in.. zits? i guess. like red bumps.. TONS of them.. no matter how much i wash it or no matter what kind of product i use. don't tell me any products, i just wanna know if there are any home remedies. is this rare? has anyone else ever had this problem?
I have back acne mildly, along the top of my back. So, if products don't work for you, try home remedies.

I was out cruising with my friends last weekend, and we had stopped at McDonald's because Lindsey and Brittini needed to use the restroom. I stayed in the car at first because Dan were having a good conversation and we never get to talk any more, but then I thought about it and was like I need to go while we're here so I won't have to later. So when I go in, I saw this guy from work who I barely know b/c he's new but he seems to be a genuinely nice guy. He didn't say anything but he gave me the nod as I walked by and I said "Hi, Dave". So when I get in the bathroom, Lindsey and Brittini are totally losing it they are laughing so hard. They had found this thing of pictures on the floor back by the bathrooms that like goes in a man's wallet, and they showed them to me, and it was like pics of this really weird looking girl and Dave, and a couple of just the really weird looking girl. So, Brittini was like "Well, what are we going to do with them?" and Lindsey was like "Throw them in the toilet so no one can find them." I didn't say that I knew Dave or anything, and they are like "You're going to use the bathroom, right?" and I said yeah. So Brittini opens one of the stall doors and throws the picture thing in the toilet, plastic and all. She's like "use that one then." So I did.
Then at work a couple of days later, Dave looked all down and I asked him what was wrong. It turns out those pictures of him and the weird looking girl were of his sister, and she had passed away when their house had burned down, and those were the only pics that he had of her. I didn't tell him that I knew anything, but i feel really bad now knowing that I used the toilet on and flushed something that meant so much to him and that my friend threw it in there. I can't even look him in the eye any more. What should I do?
You should tell your friends about it, and make them apolgize, since they were the ones that threw them in the toilet. You should also sit Dave down, and say that you were just pressured by your friends and you hope he understands. Then try taking him somewhere to show how sorry you are. Just don't tell him you thought the girl was weird looking.

Well, if he was being mean, maybe he does like you, but he loves his girlfriend. So, all you can do is wait it out and see what happens. Try talking to him about it again and try telling him how much you like him, and see how he responds. If he gives you the whole 'i like you tooo, but i have a girlfriend' you need to stop and realize that if you two did end up dating, can't you see that he might like and talk to other girls like that when you two are dating? okay so im on my period and its really bad and like when i wear a tampon sometimes it leaks and it doesn't always like stay so i have to wear a pad too and i use regulars and im afraid to use a super. any ideas what i should do? oh and like how to not have as many cramps/gassy cramps?
Midol is a god, so try it. Bananas also sometimes help with cramps. Try getting a smaller or bigger size tampon, and just try different kinds to see which one works for you better. Try not eating spicy food during your period, because it causes a lot more gas & upset stomach.
