this boy im about to start dating wont talk to me...when we werent dating and he had a gf we talked plenty..but now its just like awkward silence on the phone. i feel like all we do is physical stuff toghether which is terrible because i have trust issues so i want to get to know him better, i think i act the same, so i dont know why he has to freeze up on me..
what are some good conversation topics and how do i get him to open up to me, because i really want this to work, but it's not going to if we dont start talking *SOON*

Hm, try asking him basic questions about himself. Ask him how school, family, etc are going, and then try asking more detailed questions. Try asking him about his favorite sports or if he has any pets.
