Sit ups/crunches work great. I do like 100 every night. You should start off by doing as much as you can and increase the number of them that you do every night. It'll be much easier. :] I also reccomend just walking maybe? Everyday a couple of blocks or something. Maybe even jogging. And when summer arrives, swimming is a great exercise. Other than exercise, eating healthy is important as well. :]

Good luck

sit ups/crunches are great. I do them every night, and i upped the amount by 5 each day until it got to 60 a night. But thats me, im good at those. if youre having a harder time, up the amount every other day, or week. but theyre good, because you dont need a lot of room to do them, and you can just do them before you go to bed. to hold your feet down, try sticking them unter a door.

Well doing things overnight, it's not good, don't overdue it ,and losing wait doesn't happen overnight. Do you have a treadmill? That helps, it's best to do it 30 min. every night. or excercise for 30 min. everynight. Watch what you eat, that means look at the labels. watch for those fats, and calories. Pilates, or running or jogging, anywhere. Do something that you love to do, but something that has to do with excercise, like swimming, or riding a bike. Those kind of things, push-ups,pull-ups.Hope this helps!

Hm. After you eat dinner every night, wait an hour or a half hour and then do 50 sit ups and 50 push ups, and then maybe run a lap around your block or something, and then drink some water, and goto bed. And then in the morning before school/work, just do some warmups, like, stretching your arms, and that should do the trick. =]
