My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

hey..ok, this is akward but i need sum adivice lol. lets just say im not that big in the boob department. im 13 and most of my friends are like really big, i used 2 be bigger and now i have like shrunk or something! i got a paded bra, but now in the summer guys will see that im way way smaller in my bathing suit!! i heard chicken makes them grow...? :S

well yea you should make the first move, hes just really shy and maybe he doesnt want to mess up or anything. i think you need to talk to him bout it it will be so much easier trust me. but you should make the first move like kiss him at the movies or a lil kiss on the cheek. x0

I went to a church dance which was actualy really fun it didnt seam lyk one @ all. i was really good friends with this sophomore named ryan (im a freshman) and we have started talking since the summer. the guy im dating now (kyle) and my friend ryan are best friends. well at least they were. ever since me and kyle have been dating ryan's been a real dick to kyle and telling him that i've been cheating on him n im using (and IM NOT). and ryan keeps telling me that he loves me and that he really cares about me. and just recently he told me that he really likes me. is this just an act of jealousy or does he just want me to go out with him?

well it could be eather. he might really like you and want to go out with him and thats why he was saying all that to kyle. or he might be jelous because he doesnt have a g/f like you or something. i think it might be jelousy! x0

ok... i have a best friend who has been bugging me lately... i don't know, she is just annoying... like when i'm not talking to anyone at lunch she goes "are you mad at me?" and i'll be like no and then she'll get all quiet and today i asked her a question and i didn't hear what she said so i was like what? and she replyed in an annoyed voice and i was like sorry i couldn't hear you. and then i didn't wait for her after lunch.. lately she keeps saying rude comments and i can't take... i also feel as if she likes my boyfriend, but i am not sure because she acts like it but when i ask her she says she doesn't. She keeps asking me if i am mad and i say i just don't feel like talking... right now she is iming me and asking that but i don't no what to say... i'm not sure if i even want to be her friend anymore... pleaz help WHat should i say to her and should i still be her friend?

i think its kinda of rude that you r doing that to her. shes just trying to be nice to you but you are being mean to her. dont act so mad at her all the time because she just wants to be your friend and your pushing her away. why dont you try talkin to her about it and tell her that she is annoying you. if you want to be her friend then be her friend but if you have doubts about being her friend then i guess you shouldnt. x0

Im 13/f and one of my best friends (12/f) tryed somking today with her two other friends who have somked sice they were 10.
I am really against smoking and when I talked to her about it, she said she was, and didn't tell me that she tried it or act like anything was weird. I know she told others, I saw her whispering. I know she did it because I was with a group of friends next to the bush where they smoke and I saw her smoking. She was coughing all the way through the next lesson and STANK.
This was in first break and she went off with the other two at lunch too, so she might of been smoking then too. I havn't told her that I know.---How do I stop her before she gets addicted?---
She is really into sports and I know smoking makes you breathless and bad at sport. I think she would have a far better life if she didn't smoke. Sorry about the length!

ii kno a lot of people her age that smoke and i dont like smoke that much eather but thers nothing i can do about it. if she inhales then she cna get addicted but if not then she really cant. tell her that you kno and that you would rele like for her to stop because you care for her and dont want her to get hurt in anyway.. she really shouldnt be smoking tho. x0
