For your legs and thighs, you can do some leg lifts, lunges, squats, and any other exercises that involve your legs and thighs a few times a day! For your stomach or abdominal area, you can do crunches (side crucnch, bicycle crunch, etc.) and sit ups a few times a day! Try walking/jogging/running too! Increase your exercises when you're ready to move on! Drink plenty of water eat healthy! Crunches and sit ups always work! Start off with a few a day and increase your reps and sets everyday! While you're watching TV, do some crunches or sit ups instead of sitting on the couch! okay well i have been talking to this guy online and on the phone almost every night for about a year and 1/2 and even though i have never actually physically met him i think i have fallen in love with his personality. we only live about an hour away and i am friends with his cousin who lives near me, so its very possible that we could meet whenever we wanted to. well i do want to meet him to maybe try to start a relationship, but the problem is that i sent him a fake picture of me. not just one fake picture, but i have sent him websites..TONS of fake picures saying that they were me. so now he has this image of a beautiful girl in his mind. its not that im afraid he will think im ugly at this point, but i am afraid to admit that i sent him alllll those pictures. its extremely embarassing.. and i didnt do it just once, ive done it ALOT!!! i dont know what to do..if i never meet him then it will break my heart and i think i will be missing out on something really great...what should i do? i know this is pathetic..please dont be rude i just need help!!
I've done that once before! You have to tell him that the pictures you sent were fake! Yeah, he will get mad at first but you have to tell him why you did that! Sweetie, he won't think you're ugly! Seriously, just tell him what you did was wrong and send him a real picture of you! Hope I helped :)

I finally came up with an idea on a gift for my boyfriend on Christmas. I was going to get him a custom sweatshirt that had the following on it: Proud Member of JT1 and on the back it say Your Friendly Movie Viewer: TIM. JT1 is a group of my boyfriend and all of his friends that goes to the movies EVERY Friday. My only delema is I don't know where I can go to get it custom made. I went to this site: http://www.customink.com and the site kept shutting down and messing up my computer. I do not want to use the iron on letters because knowing me, I'll mess it up. Does anyone know of any companies that can make one custom sweatshirt without you having to buy in bulk? Thank you so much if you can help!
At my mall, there is this place in the middle of the mall like those stands and they creat custom mugs, photos, and sweatshirts! See why would you go out with a guy that cheats on his girlfriend? Well since this guy will never leave his girlfriend, then there's no point in telling him how you feel! When worst comes to worst, you can have a benefital relationship with him but that is way to wrong! That's just a thought! I recently lost my best friend ever... for the stupidest reason... well she didnt tell the whoel reason someone else did but she doesnt know that i know. She acts as if i messed it up but it was really all a set up... to drop me like a can of beans. She was only my friend beause she pittied me. But it just doesnt seem right. I mean we had just had the best time ever shopping. And then bam its all over. I dont know if it was peer pressure or if he really did jsut plan on dropping me. Well when I do it, I pull my eyelid out so I look Chinese and I then put the eyeliner on! It comes out the way I want it: smooth and even! I know someone already mentioned this a little but it really works! Hope I helped :)

Just tell him how you! Maybe he feels the same way as you do! When you heard that he didn't like you anymore, maybe that was a rumor? Call him or write him another note explaining how you feel!
