Karen answered Saturday December 11 2004, 3:58 pm:
For your legs and thighs, you can do some leg lifts, lunges, squats, and any other exercises that involve your legs and thighs a few times a day! For your stomach or abdominal area, you can do crunches (side crucnch, bicycle crunch, etc.) and sit ups a few times a day! Try walking/jogging/running too! Increase your exercises when you're ready to move on! Drink plenty of water eat healthy! You can go to this website and it'll tell you how to do each exercise that I mentioned: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)! Hope I helped :)
