Karen answered Saturday December 11 2004, 12:36 pm: Crunches and sit ups always work! Start off with a few a day and increase your reps and sets everyday! While you're watching TV, do some crunches or sit ups instead of sitting on the couch! You could also try bicycling, walking, jogging, or runnnging a few times a day! Drink lots of water and eat healthy! Hope I helped :)

caliexoxo13 answered Saturday December 11 2004, 12:35 pm: you should go for walks everyday and walk faster everyday. So you can be faster and when you get used to it it will be easy and it will be awesome exercize. Also watch what you eat and don't eat too much sugar b/c that's not good for you. Good Luck!! ~Calie~ [ caliexoxo13's advice column | Ask caliexoxo13 A Question ]

You could also probably try running or jogging around your neighborhood. Good luck and be responsible when working out :) [ aNgeLxfOrEvEr's advice column | Ask aNgeLxfOrEvEr A Question ]
