Are spaggheti straps allowed in most high schools? I mean, the dress code is pretty standard for most public schools.

No it's not but many people get away with it. Especially if you have a pretty face [as it seems, the male teachers rarely ever report a girl in for breaking the dress code.. from what I've seen] But yeah, you can get away with it, if you have long enough hair to put in front. Some teachers are more strict than others while some just give you a warning or take no notice. You are usually sent to the office to wear a sweater from the highschool or either wear your jacket [if you brought one or have it in your locker] or you PE shirt. If you continue to break them, you may get a refferal/detention. Depends on your school.

I have just gotten my braces off about 4 days ago. My gums are sore and my teeth are a little bit yellow. I brush twice a day with aquafresh extra whitening but im not seeing any difference. What can i use to speed up the whitening process. I am only 13.
Your teeth are really stained because of braces. i had braces for 3 years, so yeah. horrible..So you need to buy one of those bleaching kits from like a grocery store. You can buy one of the cheapest kits you want.. they still work. you'll just need to put it on a lot longer. there won't be a drastic difference, you need to keep using it how many times it says on the box... and you need to keep up brushing your teeth with extra whitening
I would say away from coffee, soda
it will just keep holding you back.

Michaels should have a big selection of rainbow beads.. They usually carry a big bag full of random beads, especially hearts and stars.
There's also beads at Walmart and Target. Like the glow in the dark ones. It's the ones in the small ish boxes that cost around $9.
Maybe you should try a different michaels or go to another craft store.
You should try going to a dollar store seriously.

depending on your face shape does the color of makeup you wear affect how you look? that was kindof confusing but i cant think of how to word it?
example: would a square face shape be ok with blue eyeshadow?

No not the color. Anyone with a square face could pull of blue eyeshadow, depending on skin tone, eye color and hair.
I think applying blush matters. You have to do it a certain way for different face shapes to flatter your face.. that's about it.

I think it's great. I had bad acne and uneven skin tones. It really covers up shiny parts of your face. I think it doesn't work for the people who don't buy the $70 set. It comes with a CD that tells you HOW to apply it. So I followed that and came out with great results. It's not much to put on your face and it still covers flaws, evens skin tone pretty well.

I'd like to learn how to become a better artist. My problems are shading, and making things look realistic. Also, I need help with clothes, hair, and anatomy. Clothes - I'm not that creative :[ I'm not sure how to draw wrinkles, etc.

Okay, so I've been watching my friend, Gretchen, draw amazing Japanese cartoons. She is so good at it! I've been trying to draw like her, but I keep messing up! I want to draw like she does. Like the Japanese cartoons. I'm not good at that stuff, but I want to draw like it! or you could run your fingers into it and play around with the volume you make.
instead of combing downwards. you hold a piece of hair and comb it up towards the roots to create the lift.

I had very sensitive skin back when I was in middle school. Any products put on my face made my acne and skin surrounding it irritated. my face was like an angry red.
so i tried everything but proactive. once i did, it dried my face out like hell. in about a week, my skin was less red. your skin has to get worse to become better. it just seems to work that way with wounds. i'm not sure how long i used it, maybe less than a month and -before- i had very bad acne. my skin cleared up amazingly. i think i only had one zit left.
I'm not one for washing my face every morning and night. Because my skin was clear, I stopped.. which is bad because then your skin gets worse again. Sometimes, even worse than you started with.
So it usually works for everyone. For every skin type. You need to use it for a month to see results. Sometimes you see it sooner than others or even later.
i found out many girls at my school use this and they have clear, smooth skin.
all you need is a moisturizer to help with proactive drying your skin out.
if all fails in a few months,
a dermatologist will be a better help
they will most likely give you a cream medication to apply at night

1) I would go to your high school and walk around the area with a friend. If you have portables or more than one building for classes. I think you get your schedule a week before school starts? That's what I had to do. I also got a map and memorized what halls I had to take to go to my classes.
On the first day, you could get there really early and walk around.
3) Freshmen year is okay. Don't slack off though. I did that and I'm behind in my class credits. Try your best. Everyone is supposedly friendly with others. You will make friends with the upperclassmen. You may have some classes with them too without knowing it. You will get homework from nearly every class [sometimes PE too]. If you need help, then make sure to get it. Make it a goal to pass all of your classes. Remember to have fun and to go to bed on time. Some teachers are mean about sleeping in class. I didn't do much my first year and I messed up. Just come prepared and do your work on time. Join some clubs and have fun.

for my eyelashes, when I put mascara on... it looks pretty and everything, but they're too spaced out so you can't see them from far. so how do I get them to clump a little together. Not a lot of clump, just a little so that it's more visible. When I do that with my mascara wand, more mascara gets on it and it just looks really messy. help!!!

for my hair, I am dying it permanently...but my mom is so insecure and she think's that if I dye my hair at this age, i won't stop dying it and it will fall out eventually.

Some people can pull off eyeshadow on the eyebrow bone. But only when they blend it together very well. Sometimes it just looks really bad, especially when someone is trying to do a smokey eye.
Do you use an eyelash curler? I curl mine before and after when the mascara dries, it really stands out. You probably just need a new mascara. Maybe Maybelline's Lash Stylist will work better for

If you curl your eyelashes close to the lid AND the very top of your eyelashes. They will curl in more and look better.
Ask your mom to take you to a salon or get a friend's mom to take you. They will help you tweeze or wax, get you a thinner shape. You should go up to her with a tweezer and ask her for help. Just pluck the bottom to create a shape.

If your friend has good eyebrows, maybe you could ask her to pluck yours.
You could always tell your mom that you will pay to get your eyebrows done.
Sometimes blush eyebrows look good, if you do decide to do them yourself.. Don't go overboard and have them super thin. Your natural eyebrows need to be plucked a little because it's the shape that will flatter your face. I overplucked and I'm still suffering from it haha!
To get rid of the poofy part, go get a hair cut. Get your hair thinned out, it will be a lot easier to straighten your hair. For the frizz, it's probably because you straighten your hair a lot and you may have split ends. You just need to go out and buy a frizz ease serum.
I use Garnier Fructus shampoo fitted for colored hair, damaged/dry, etc. Look for the one you want.
I also use Mane N Tail, that helps damaged hair. It contains proteins to give you soft, healthy, hydrated hair.
I don't know of any shampoo that controls frizz. You just need to use a serum after you shower.
