obviously coffe..and red bull but thats bad for your health ..also there's this thing called taurin but it has the same as the red bull..and most of people know that this has a bounce effect youll be so awake for a couple hours and then the depressed felling but its god if you need to BE awake also listen to musica that makes you wanna dance :p that ALWAYS works , eat but not too much , snaks, keep your self into something interested, be in a good position so you won't fall sleep ..hope it helped

my period normally lasts 2 or 3 days. now, all of a sudden it's lasted around 7 and is really heavy. also, i'm getting HORRIBLE cramps to the point where i dont even want to stand up. my periods are also really irregular but ive had my period since i was 11 and im 13 now. can anyone tell me if this is a problem that i need to see a doctor for or anything? and anyway to make me feel better?

don't worry im 18 and the same thing happend usually some girls start with theyr period that only lasted like 2 , 3 days and wasn't that heavy when i was 11 also and i didn't have a lot of cramps or anything i felt too good to be in my period ...then when i was around 14 it got like 7 days long and really heavy and thats when the cramps started and really iregular...then at 16 17 and actually it lasts around 5 4 days its normal and of course your body starts changing at that age a lot! & your hormons so its normal until you become regular again with time your body then will settle an average of days that your period will last for the following years and you'll become regular =) hope i helped

I really like this guy ((im 13/f/7th grade)) I dated him at the beginging of the school year but I broke up with him after he asked out another girl ((while we were STILL dating!))

he totally stopped talking to me and everything. so one day after class i plled him aside and told him it as over ((I wasnt rude i was just like well "I cant do this, i mean come one mann that was disrespectful, i cant pretend to smile anmore about this")) And it was done.
Well then a few days later at our school dance a slow song came on,

and Dakota (( thats the guys name )) told my other bff ((megan)) that the next slow song he was going to dance with me
=D I was soo happy cause i still liked him and we looked soo cute together!
But there wasnt another slow song and the more the night went on the closer my "bff" ((megan)) got to him. She was totally trying to steal him from me!

Okay, so I like this girl. We went out recently for about 2 weeks and broke it off due to a misunderstanding. (I thought my mom knew about us & she's a homophobic, but she thought I was going out with my OTHER friend.. so it changed things)
She's really nice.. like too nice and it scares me. My past is bothering me. All those mistakes this guy said I did.. won't leave my mind. I'm afraid to be in a relationship and the first time.. I'm afraid to commit!
Because I do like her but we go to different schools! I'm in 10th grade and she's in 8th grade (she's 14) I didn't know she was still in middle school. Is it wrong to date someone not yet in high school?

hey i really don't have anything against gay people in fact i have a lot of friends lol well in my opinion your way to young to be really decide of what do you prefer.
it's okay to try anything so you can be sure, but really follow this advice, do not let too many people know your preferences, because if later when you grow up you decide that you don't wanna date girls anymore , it would be difficult to get guys then ,cause of all the prejudjments and stuff so try and see how it goes and you really can like guys i don't see whats the problem
and its okay to date people younger than you but i think this girl is also very young and either you or her can be confuse and you don't wanna ruin your "social status" or hers so please be careful =) and about your mom,please understand that this should be something really hard for her to handle so give it time until you really know what you want because most of people go through this stage when you met a girl who's soooo nice to you that you can confuse it with love or something ....but if you see the same happens with guys so you really have to be decided in what you want before getting your mom so worried about

yes suck on it very very hard so your teeth shoul be against the skin and as hard as you can and if you make it really really hard the bruiser would be shown during more time you have to get it pretty colored lol

Ok so my friends do these things they call bashings. It's where we sit in a circle and tell esch other what we don't like each other. I hate it i think it's ridiculous casue i feel like their trying to stream line me so i'm some form of perfect friend robot.
They say it's so we don't talk behind each others back. Whenever i say i think it's stupid and it hurts me they just say i'm so sensitive and can't handle critism.
What do you think is it a good idea or stupid?

i think theres good to know what bothering other people, but also i know that truth can hurt , any constructive critisism must be welcome also your friends should say the truth in a way it won't hurt so much , if they really are your friends they woudn't say anything that really hurts you badly.
also you can tell them that your not confortable by hearing them critisicing you, although it is not to make you the perfect friedn but maybe they do it in the good way for example. when somethings really bothering you about a person but you don't want to ruin friendship you would want to tell this friend what the problem is so they can fix it .=) hope it helped a little bit

The first time I asked this question almost all of the information I got was useless.
I've pierced my lip unprofessionally. The girl who pierced my lip has done three mouth/facial piercings to herself, and at least two others for different people - not counting me.
Earlier I had an earring in the hole to keep it from closing. I'm aware that an earring is not the correct gauge. I did NOT pierce my lip with the earring. In fact, I used a much larger needle that now (post asking this question the FIRST time) have pushed that needle through my lip three times.
I've researched this piercing for months now, and got parental permission before I did it.
This is NOT the first home piercing I've gotten.
Does anyone have any CLEANING tips or any suggestions as to what TYPE of ring I should buy to put in it?
(Do refrain from telling me to take it out or about the "cheese grater effect" because I'm already aware of what problems this may cause.)
hey i don't really geet what's your questino but ive heard titanium rings are the best for people so they are less probably to get infected also theres this thing called "isodine" that it helps to get prevent infections it cleans it up hope it helps take care and good luck
