what is a hispanic spelling for someones name that sounds like uh-tee

i know for sure that this is somebody's name

the uh-tee that i wrote is how it sounds when i hear it. ok latin spelling and pronounciation is diffrent i want some who knows what there talking about or may who is latin and knows how it actually is spelled.its a male and hes from argentina and it sounds like uh-tee i know thats not how its spelled thats just how it sounds in english.
