my best friend is mad at me for something stupid. she wont talk to me and shes leaving in like 2 months. what do i do to help our friendship?
I think you should remind her of the good times. Bring some pictures/videos of you two over to her..talk about old times..make plans to go to a concert/take a trip/go shopping/have a girls night out. Make her an 'Im Sorry' card..write her a poem about how her friendship to you is important..bake her something..do a little extra to show you care and want to make it better. i think it will be very effectivee

Okay, so theres this guy, and he is one of my friends. I wouldn't consider him one of my best friends, but he definitely considers me one of his. I only talk to him when he talks to me (which is a lot..) and sometimes i ignore his calls and avoid him. he used to like me, but he told me a couple weeks ago that he doesn't anymore. I don't mean to sound concieted... but i think he lied. It really stressed me out that he liked me, so i think he just told me he didn't anymore so we could go back to being non-awkward friends. but last night i talked to him on the phone, and right before we hung up, he said he loved me like a sister... but his tone was very... weird. it sounded like he meant it, but he sorta added the "like a sister" part when i didn't answer... so my question is, does he still like me?? Or worse, love me??! if so, WHAT DO I DO!!?!!? there is absolutely NO chance of me liking him. trust me.
I definately think this guy could be all yours in the snap of a finger if you wanted him too..he still likes you..but at least he isnt intense and coming on strong to you..like one of my good guy friends would constantly try to get with one of my friends..he would be like "come on give me a chance.." bla bla..it made things really uncomfortable for her. So in your case yeah you can tell he likes you but i tihnk he realizes its just gona stay friends. Just do your thing..dont say you love him if you dont..dont lead him on..and everything will be finee. hoppe i helpedd!

Ok so i've been talking to this boy for the last couple of weeks. He is in my study hall and we always talk in class and over myspace a lot. He tells me he likes me but he doesn't want a girlfriend right now. He always talks to me about doing stuff and yesterday after school we went to his house and we ended up making out and I made a very STUPID mistake and I gave him head. At school yesterday he didn't really talk to me as much as usual and one of his friends pulled me aside and said "I asked John if he was thinking about possibly dating you and he told me we will see what happens. I was just giving you a heads up." So I don't know what to do. I talked to my friend Eric about it and he said that John just wants some action and is thinking to himself "yeaa i'd do her but i'm not thinking about dating her." I don't want a boy that just uses me for his own personal pleasure and then leaves me with a broken heart. So when he tells me he doesn't want a girlfriend, is that just an excuse? I don't no what to think. What do I do?!?
It sounds like he just wants action right now and no gf. I think you could get hurt in this situation so back out..tell him how you feel..let him know you respect that he doesnt want anything serious..but for you thats not going to work..so part ways..and who knows he might realize he reeally wants to be with you and he might come back to you. If he doesnt come back to you he isnt worth it. You dontt want a guy who just wants action..save that for a guy who reeally likes you and who you like a whole lot too. You desserve so mucchh more sweetie trust meee! :)

im getting my wisdom teeth and half benn for about a month and i just want to know how to stop the pain cuz i tried everything and how to make them comein faster!!!!!!!!
owcchh..sounds painful. i did some research especially for youu and i discovered there are antibiotics you can take to help releive pain, you could have them removed, you can have an operation to cut the gum back because the gum may be pressing against the wisdom teeth.
Here..i'll give you the website and you should really check it out ..its definately informative. i would also talk to your dentist about these options and see what he/she thinks is best.
to help deal with the pain in the mean time..
-use an ice pack on the outside of your cheek for 20 minutes. remove it for 20 minutes..then ice again for 20 if you need
-over the counter medicine may be available

I have a problem. I have this guy friend and he wants to "hook up" with me, here's the catch...he has a girlfriend. I don't know what to do. I have liked him for 3 years and finally he wants to make a move but it doesn't seem right to me. I don't like the idea of going behind her back and making-out with her boyfriend. He wants to hook up in school, I rather do it outside of school so we could be alone and have no chance of getting caught.
I want the same things he wants from me. My best friend thinks that I should leave him alone but I can't help but think that this might be my last chance to be with him. Cam you help me?

I know this is going to be reaeeeally really hard for you..but pleease take my advice and donttt do it! I would be heartbroken if i were this guys gf and i found out...annnd i would be soo angry at you. things could get out..people would talk about you..call you names..you would get a horrible reputation. plus why do this to yourself? you desserve better! this guy is pretty shallow and scummy..how could he do this to his gf? he would play you just like he would play her..he would mess with your feelings..this situation could get really messy..it would create soo much drama.my advice is definately dont do itt.. definately inbox me if you need some more advice

Hi, (I am a 14 year old female) my friend and i are trying to go on a healthy diet. She is about 5'5 and i am about 5'3. She is built bigger than me and weighed 130 when we started dieting in december. I weighed about 120. We both did the same workouts and eating. She understood she was built bigger than me, but was still not fat at allll. In about two months, i got down to 116, (my goal weight was 109) and she actually gained weight (getting up to 140, when her goal weight was 119) But we were still doing all the same things! She told me how she tried gagging herself once a couple years back, and yesterday she told me she tried again but it didnt work, and that she feels stupid and wont do it again. I trust that she won't do it again, but i started yelling at her because i care about her so much and dont want her to get hurt. I definantly will ask a parent or teacher for help if the problem gets out of hand, but i was just wondering a different approach for me to tell her to stop without seeming like im not on her side. Any advie?

I know what you mean..you dont want to gang up on her to make her think you arent on her side..show her that you are on her side..let her know how beautiful she is..and looks dont matter..it was just a little fun diet to do together,etc.
Maybe do some research on bulimia (im sorry if its spelled wrong) Show her some articles on how harmful it is...show her you care..talk to her..let her share her feelings with you..go shopping with her but pick out cute outfits that will show off her good looks and attributes. understand that she will be a size or two bigger than you.
definately tell someone if it gets out of hand like you said you would..andd just be sensitive to her feelings..because some girls are extremely sensitive about it..i hope a couple of ideas helped?

Well, me and my boyfriend have been together for about 4 months, he is 21 and i am 19. i had just asked him if he would give me his myspace password and he said that he wouldn't. He said that he had nothing to hide but that he felt that we should have our own space and if i did look through his myspace i would take things that his women friends write and take them the wrong way, (which i do alot.) He does have alot of women friends and i do get a bit jealous. So i guess i was just wondering if his answer was valid or is he trying to hide something?
Hey i dont think you have anything to worry about. You have to trust him..if he didnt trust you at all you would probably be mad about it..dont think anything is going on unless you reeeeally have a feeling something is weird. definately trust him..i know how you feel about the jealousy..but just keep in mind he is with you..he likes/loves you a lot..he could probably have other girls but he chose youu :) thats how i think about it if i get a little jealous with my bf.

hey..is this like a prom? you should wear a formal dress. the style is up to you..there are prom dresses that are very 'princess like' meaning they poof out. there are formal dresses that are like more tight fitting..the choice is yours.

16/f the problem is everytime i look at my boyfriend i smile. there is no whipping the smile off my face. i went to talk to him abuot something important today that has been bothering me.. that things weren't the way it used to be.. every since the third time we had sex.. he just doesn't call me as much and we don't talk as much... i said to him 'sometimes i just wish you would call me just to say hi' and i smiled. i told him i was trying to be serious.. but i couldn't help but smile. i asked him if he still wanted to be together and he said 'i guess' wtf? i think he was just nervious because he thought i was going to dump him or somethingg

You are his girlfriend..therefore you desserve to be treated like it! It s definately normal for things not to be they way they used to be in the beginning..but to a certain extent. After a longgg time being with someone..its normal not to be constantly making out etc...but you arent happy right now..and he needs to hear this seriously. Either talk to him seriously..write him a letter..talk throouggh AIM...or the phone..any way it takes but definately talk to him. I know its going to hurt but ask if he wants to take a break..or totally break up..he might say he wants to..i know it would really hurt ..but you have to have an answer about whats ggoing on.

my boyfriend's ex girlfriend broke his heart. and now i think he is afraid to come close to a girl ebcause he's afraid of getting hurt. i love him to bits. but i don't know if i can handle it.. he takes advantage of me because he says i'm too nice.. and because i forgive people too easily.. i never told him he treated me like crap but i gave him hints and told him that he takes everythign otu on me and he doesn't act like he wants to be wtih me.. all he said was 'i'm sorry i dont' know whats wrong with me' i mean he never even told me i was pretty? aren't boyfriends supposed to flaunder you with words? it doesn't bother me i just wishe he woudl soem times it's a good confidence booster once in a while... never calls to hang out either...

You absolutely have the right to be concerned right now. I would definately have a serious talk with your guy..no more hinting around. You have to tell him how you are feeling..if you are feeling like he is treating you like crap..then you need to say something. Tell him you want to be treated better..ask him if he doesnt want to be in a relationship right now because his ex hurt him..i know it will be hard but you have to know..if he isnt going to be committed to this relationship..you guys should break up. its not fair to you or him. Hopefully when you have this serious talk he will reassure you that he really cares and from there on out he will make a better effort with things..

i had a long history with my ex. i still have feelings for him [not so much, but something's still there.. you could say he was my first love.]
Well today was my 1 month anniversay with my boyfriend. So I hung out with him then he left. And an hour or so later, I got to hang out with my ex.. and he kissed me.
I didn't stop him. And he kissed me other times. I've tried moving my head because i didnt want to..it didn't seem right but he moved with me and planted a kiss.
Is kissing cheating ?

It is definately cheating. It would probably hurt more for your bf if you had sex with your ex..but kissing someone else is still cheating. immagine if your bf came to you and told you he kissed his ex numeroustimes..i bet you would be pretty hurt.
English is not my first language (it's my 4th, in fact) but I don't I'll have trouble getting my point across.
I'll turn 18 on the 28th of March. But here's the deal: I don't know how to throw a party. Last year, only 4 out of 20 people showed up...So I'm in deperate need of advice here.
Thing is, I won't be in the country for my birthday. I will be somewhere abroad for a field trip with my university. I will return back home on the 29th (afternoon). I want to relax for the rest of that day then throw an awesome party/gathering the day after. BUT I have not idea what to do...my taste in music sucks, I don't want to celebrate it at home where my family will most likely be to embarass me like every year, and I don't want it to be boring...
More details: I've 10 people that I want to invite, boyfriend included, no family members, car/transportation is available, money is not an issue, party can 'last' for more than 24 hours (since it's my day [basically] and I get to stay out till whenever)
If party starts at home then ends up somewhere outdoors, that's fine too. I just don't wanna spend it at home and only home.

-Get everyone together and take a trip to a really nice resort type place. Maybe somewhere by the ocean..research the place to make sure it has some awesome night 'hot spots' like clubs and stuff. plan to eat somewhere really nice..and hang out on the beach under the stars with a big bonfire going if you can while having drinks . As for the music part..ask a friend of yours if they have some good music collections.
-Maybe if you dont want to travel just stay around your area. Go out to eat, go to a really good dance club..and enjoy! Think about it..you dont have to worry about music choices because you will be in a club!

Theres this guy, and i tell him EVERYTHING. Literally. We're in nearly all of each others lessons and sit next to each other in two, and sit close in other lessons. But, the thing is he don't really tell me anything.
How do i find out if he considers me as a friend or just some weird girl who tells him her life stories, coz i trust him and im real honest with him but i don't want to ask him straight out.

You could try giving him your phone number. If he calls you and wants to talk then it is obvious he enjoys talking to you. In class or whenever you guys talk ask him if he has any stories/questions/troubles/needs advice..ask him ssomething kind of personal. See how he reacts to this. If he talks to you then chances are he trusts you too. Try it out ..i hope this helps :)

i suggest going to a mall kinda far away..or if you cant just go to your local mall and tell your parents you will meet them in an hour..then buy one..it doesnt matter what kind you get..just whatever looks good to you. and wash them yourseld so your parents dont find out.
