Exfoliating is when you remove the top layer of skin to make it smooth and even. All you do is get a special peel or lotion and cleanses and replenishs your skin. Don't listen to that guy... he/she is just a jerk who likes to make people feel bad. Good Luck!

Ok i have this friend Jackie, She's really fun and she acts like the best friend ever. but she has this lying thing that she wont stop. she'll lie about anything!! her dad hates me so i cant hang around with her around him and she lies about him too. when i ask if she can do something, she'll lie and say her dad is home just because she wants to go somewhere else. then she'd make stupid things up like i have a crush and she'll say "OMG I SAW *HIM* AND HE SAID HI JACKIE! WHATS UP. IM GOING TO CALL RACHEAL TODAY" and then i didnt believe her, bc i never do cuz shes always lying. so i went and i asked him if he saw her and he's like, no...i didnt. so she lies all the time. AND she'll look for stupid reasons to fight with anyone. I've told her i knew she was lying all the time and i wanted her to stop but then she got mad at me for like 7 months and then im always the one to apoligize even though i didnt do anything. so how can i make her stop lying and not get mad at me for nothing?

I had the same problem. One of my best friends, Alexa, did the same thing to me only worse. she would deny we were ever friends around some people but when it was just us it would be like we were sisters. I would recomend talking to her first but In the end you may have to no longer be her friend anymore. I know it is hard to hear but as soon as you are no longer friends, or you get over her not only will you make REAL friends but you will discover who you really are! But you may never get her to stop lying. sorry but Good Luck!

i am 15 and never liked someone as much as i like "4" ( we will pretend thats his name* He was my first boy that i fell head of heels in love with. We hooked up and sadly he was the first person ive ever done anything with. and he knew that and made that night i spent with him one of the best in my life. i went to the spring dance with him, i had a great time and so did he!BUT here comes the problem, hes next door neighbor is in love with him....and shes was getting pissed at me because i was with him at the dance and ya i think they hooked up this past weekend. i never really had him but i thought i was close and i dont want him to go. another problem is he is 18 and heading off for the whole summer and then he wil be gone in the fall for college. i really dont know what to do,im sick of beeing confused can u please help me :( (link)

Well that is a problem. If it were me... i would say screw your nieghbor but me and my nieghbors aren't very close. Your nieghbor shouldn't effect you he likes YOU not her. I bet he didn't hook up with her from what you have said. what are ways that i can pull my girlfriend aside from all our friends and get our first kiss? like what are ideas that i can do? what are things that i can bring up the romantic event once i pull her aside?
Background: she has been getting annoyed with me for absolutly no apparent reason, sometimes just because im around-we go to the same school, and are in the same classes, and hang around the same group of friends. sometimes i get the impression that she gets annoyed whenever i pull her aside for a while just to cuddle with her, or talk by ourselves, its like she thinks i am hogging her from everyone, when really its just some of our friends are so obsessive with her (they are almost all girls, we have like 2 or 3 other guy friends) and they (a few girls) like obessess with her and shit. so how can i pull her aside without her thinking im trying to hog her to myself?? thanks for the help! Well if you really want to fix the problem don't say anything rude to them. If you do he/she will only get ruder and nastier. Have you ever heard the saying if you give vinger you'll get vinger back the only way to cure it is to give them honey. That basically means if someone is rude to you then if you are rude back it just contines in an on going cycle. If you are nice then they will be kinder to you. Good Luck!

My dog, Millie Lite, eats her own poop, and other dog's poop. I don't know if this is normal. I really don't. I took her to the vet and the vet gave me some stuff to sprinkle on her food to make her poop taste gross but IT JUST ADDS FLAVOR!!! I don't know what to do to get my dog to stop eating her poop! HELP!!! For anyone who can give a serious and reasonable answer, I will rate a five. (link)

It's best to deal with this behavior immediately because once it becomes a habit it's typically very difficult to change. One of the best, and most obvious, solutions is to keep your yard or other areas clean and poop-free. You can also try putting cayenne pepper or Tabasco sauce on the poop itself to discourage your dog from eating it. If in your yard, you can also try diverting your dog's attentions from the poop to something else he enjoys, such as toys or playtime. If your dog is in the habit of eating poop while on walks, it's best to keep him on a leash. Otherwise, a wire muzzle can be used, which will keep your dog from eating anything, but be certain never to leave your dog muzzled and unattended.

My boyfriend and I gave our virginity to eachother ( im 14 he 16) and the way we slept together was we snuck out of the house. I got caught and now I am grounded until June 18 now we got caught on April 25 and ever since then he was acting really weird like he didnt like me anymore and everything else but before april 25 we did it 4 times before that. and he acted fine but the thing is he didnt even get in trouble for sneaking out and hes acting really really really weird. like I talked to him about how he's changing and he said he doesnt know whats going on. so i asked him if he's still interested and he said "i guess so" then the next day i asked him do you want to be with me and he didnt answer then we almost broke up but we didnt and then i said to him i need you to be more affectionate and he said no. and hes not going to change or even try to.
This is very confusing but for people who understand me tell me. Should I break up with him? and what is wrong with him!!

Well if he won't change for you i say give him a couple weeks at least a week after you are ungrounded. see if things go back to normal after that you never know if you haven't seen him that long he may just feel neglected. So if he doesn't try harder after you get ungrounded i would break up. I know it may be hard, since you were so intament, but you don't need him if he isn't going to treat you right!

Well all i can say is i had the same problem. but you know what i did i just talked to him a little more and flirted and big thing is BODY LANGUAGE if you tense up around him he will think you don't like him. a great way to get his attention is stare at him then when he looks up lock eyes for a couple seconds then you break the stare. Keep flirting and if he doesnt ask you i say go for it and ask him who says the guy always has to ask the girl?

On my class trip i liked this guy and i didn't like him anymore lets call him Billy well billy i think liked me and he sat by this girl lets call her nina well on the way back home nina and billy were sitting really reallly close and billy had his arm around her... nina is just like a slut and lets guys do whatever they want .. well i was sitting on the floor and he kept on looking at me to see if i saw what he was doing!!! it got me so mad!! i moved up to the front and started like yelling to my friends and telling them i was going to f****** kill him (haha i know a little out of hand) but i guess my question is .. is there a certain way why i get that way? or do i need some anger management!!!! lol

I have had two periods in one month. Is this normal for a thirteen year old girl? I don't know what to do because the first one I had ended on the tenth of this month. Then, two days ago, I had one that ended TODAY! It only lasted two days but I skipped a lot of periods last year after I had first started my period. I don't know if this is normal. Is it? HELP! OK...sorry, this will be quite long.
Well, my parents are divorced and I live with my mother. I don't see my father any more, because he got married to this lady called Karen, and she sends me loads of horrible emails, accusing me and my mother of all sorts of crap. I'm perfectly happy with not seeing him because I never got on with him, so that's not my question.
The thing is, my mother still wants me to see my father's parents. I really don't like them and all they do is complain at/about me while I'm there and I never enjoy any time I spend with them. My mother keeps going 'oh well you should do what you want I'm not forcing you to see them', but if I mention not wanting to go and see them, she moans at me and says I really should or whatever. She is really adamant that she hasn't influenced me or told me what to do in any of this business with seeing my father and his parents, but she is forcing me into seeing my grandparents!! They always talk about me not seeing my father while I'm there as well and it's driving me mad.
What can I do about this?? My mother swears she isn't MAKING me see them, but she complains at me if I don't go, or punishes me by not letting me go out at the weekend or something. How do I make her see that she IS influencing my choices over seeing that side of my family?
No answers saying that I should see my family please!! That's not my question and I don't want that answer thanks. I'm very aware that they are my family, thank you very much, and that most people see theirs. Well I'm not most people, so no preaching if you guys don't mind! Thanks! (link)
