well.....im a dude. big surprise huh? i asked a question simalar to this one awhile back, but anyway. the girl i loved and still love with all my heart, broke up with me about a month ago, over her "parents". which i heard was complete bull. well i go to ozzfest (the one in st.louis) right after she breaks up with me. for about a week i forgot about her.( i had one hell of a hangover). then on bebo, (the thing like myspace) she puts a blog up saying shes glad she broke up with me, she's never felt better about herself etc.... well i read that, it pissed me off. so i played a few george jones songs, and felt alittle better about it. then...she has her best friend tell me that she has a new boyfriend, and that hes sooooo much better than me. now this is the part where i wanna shoot a dude. sooo... i know what i need to do. just let it go. but me and this girl had been goin out since like 8th grade and im in 10th now. so its kinda hard. so anyone got any ideas on what i should do about all this, or how to just let go?

first of all shes being extremely immature by trying to make you jealous. shes obviously doing it on purpose, having her friends go up to you and brag about it. the next time she mentions anything about her boyfriend just pretend it doesnt bother you.
try to avoid her as much as possible, just get
her out of your life. maybe even get another girlfriend? haha that might help you forget about her
just have a ton of fun around her so that she'll see you don't care if shes not in your life anymore. once she sees that she wont bother you about the boyfriend anymore and you'll get over her eventually.

before you sleep do about 70-150 crunches
start out small the first night and do some more as the days go by
i'd also reccomend joining a gym.
a gym would definetly help you lose a few pounds.
and as for the eating, eat around 1000 calories each day.
each smaller portions and more frequently, therefore you're not hungry all the time.

When i get mad, i get MAD. My breathing gets outa wack and i usually end up puttin a hole in my bedroom wall. Its kind of disgusting how mad i get. And after I get that mad, my stomach hurts. Hello everyone. My name is Kimmy. I'm 17/female just incase anyone is wondering. I just put a new layout on my myspace from this site called freecodesource.com or something like that. It's really cute. It has a kitten on it and it's blue. I'm not really good at myspace and changing things, so that was the first time I changed the layout. Anyway, my problem is that the information in my survey, the about me section, and the left side of the page is in a black font. Probably from before cuz I had a black and blue playboy bunny layout. So the only way people can easily read the stuff on my myspace is if they highlight all the information, and I doubt they'd wanna do that. So I was wondering how I could change all that stuff so that way ALL the words including the survey could show up in like White for example. Or any other color that you think might look good. If anyone can somehow help me, please let me know!! I doubt I could even do this by myself cuz I don't wanna have to redo my whole myspace. - he always jokes about how slow of a typer he is and how fast i am. one time, he went "i hate you", when i finished an assignment and he wasn't even halfway done, and he smiled.
- he always smiles when i'm around.
- one time, he pushed the black handle on my chair to make it go down while i was typing something up. i rolled my eyes (jokingly).
- i was wearing coach sneakers, and i noticed that he kept looking at them, and he went "i didn't know that Coach made shoes". i was surprised haha..
- he's Christian, and when I was looking through his songs (he has the SLVR), and he goes "you probably don't know who the bands are", and I mentioned the Christian band Thousand Foot Krutch and his face lit up when I started talking about them. he also mentioned that he plays baseball.

okay im gonna apolize now for the lengthh.
so friend of my familys died a few days died a few days ago and at the wake you no they have the whole line of family and your supposed to shake hand or hug them or whatev. well i got to his son whos a year older then me and i never really talked to him before. and we like stared at each other for a second and then i decided to give him a hug bc i felt bad and everythingg. and then i dont know it like felt right, i just dont how to explain it with out sounding completely corny. and like i hug guys all the time not to sound slutty or anything but this time it just felt different.. in a good way. haha and after that i was thinking about him alot.
