16/f im in love with alot of guys but i dont talk to them much like maybe once or twice a day for about 5 , 10 minutes each.... i really want to go out with one of them i really dont care who but i dont know get them to see that im interested, so how do i lure a guy into asking me out?

Well, You can't MAKE anyone like you, It just happens and I don't think you can change, If they like you then they like you. If they don't then they don't nothing else to do.
To find out tif they like you or try to get thme to like you focus on one, And talk to him the most.
You stated that you like alot of guys though , I am guessing by when you say that your not ready to date, I think you should really wait until you know you have a crush on one person , Not a bunch .

if they don't all hang out together, flirt with each one, but if they hang out together you have to choose who you will focus on, or all the guys will get mixed signals, and not like you. but mostly try to cut it down to just on guy, things will be easier.

Well, let them know you're available. Flirt with them a little. &try to be more comfortable with them. Try and make an effort to talk with them. &see if any like you and are interested back.
