Ive been down in the dumps lately about alot of things..first off my parents split up after a 22 yr marriage..then i didnt make my aau softball team that i make every year...and then things didnt work out with the guy i thought i liked. i went on a cruise this summer and met a lot of new friends and still keep in touch with a few. but heres the thing, my friends at home get really mad if i even mention them. i dont think its because they are jealous because they are always exclusive to me and never have me over, ect. they also get mad if talk about a boy a like. its not really them getting mad, they just role they're eyes or sigh or look like really annoyed. i constantly feel like i have to watch what i say or they'll get mad at me. what shoudl i do?!

Ok I have a boyfriend, and I just wanted to make sure that it was normal to think that he is a better person than you. He is smart, funny, nice, and overall an AMAZING guy. Ok...I am content with my body except this little pouch of fat or something on my inner thighs..its the only thing that bothers me really..im pretty active, i walk and exercise about every day or every other day and play ports and was in track, and i try to eat fairly healthy. soo anything i can do to get rid of this? i'll rate high...!
Sounds like you're doing pretty well already; thing with walking, though, it only works the front and back, not the inside of the thighs - jumping jacks will do it slowly, or try squeezing things betwixt them.

okay, so because i go to a private school, it ends at 4;00 pm
so i get home around 5:00. Everyday of the week i have something afetr school-so by the time i have dinner and start doing homework it is about 8:00, i am so overwelmed but my mom insists on me having these afetr school activities. the only day i have to myself is friday-but my mom usually makes me clean my room or something, so i don't even have that. What should i do, i don't wanna cancel any of them cuz i like them. But i also don't wanna be so tired and nervous all the time. I even have to do my homework in school cuz i don't wanna fail or i wake up at like 5:00 am so that i finish my hw. What should i do?

Okay I used to have really bad acne on my face and my back. (I know it's gross but I did.) Well now I don't really have any pimples or anything, I have like little red bumps, I think they are scars from pimples I had before. Does anyone know how to get rid of these, and if so, how??
use some of that stretch-mark skin cream . . . I know its for preggies but it works pretty well for a lot of other stuff.

take a rat, dip it in liquid nitrogen and then fire it (slingshot works well) through a closed window. The deep-frozen rodent will shatter as it breaks the glass, sending tiny bits of rodent all over the room. The bits will melt and very quickly rot - be sure to do this into a carpeted room!

kidneys clean your blood of impurities and nastiness - a hurt kidney could be very serious, but in this case it's probably due to swelling in the region. Ibuprofin will reduce the swelling, but you should ask your doc/gyne to check it out just in case.

I'm in a high school production of the musical Damn Yankees, and we open in May. I'm playing Gloria Thorpe, and I'm having trouble getting a concept of my character's role in the story.
Damn Yankees is a classic Faustian piece, set in the 50s-60s. In it, Joe, a huge fan of the Washington Senators, makes a deal with the devil to become a baseball player and help the team win the World Series (and beat the Yankees). However, he tricks the devil into giving him an escape clause, so he can return to his wife. The Devil tries to use one of his seductresses to foil Joe, but ultimately Joe's soul is lost because of the Devils' machinations toward the upstanding, moral reporter, Gloria.
Gloria is a sports writer and baseball fan, and is very hung up about the honor and integrity of the game. She initially likes Joe for his sincerity, but changes her mind when she discovers that he's lying about his background. The devil uses her to spread a rumor that ultimately leads to Joe missing his opportunity to enact the escape clause. The devil used a good woman to bring a good, if stupid, man down.
This bothers me, for a lot of reasons. For one, Gloria loses virtually everything in her pursuit of honor in the game (at the expense of her favorite team)--her reputation, her bond with the Senators, her credibility, and probably a great deal of self-respect. For this, what does she get? The liar going back and helping the team win, unfairly. And in the process, she helped to damn Joe, who was ultimately a good man, even if he made few very stupid mistakes. The only thing she seems to have gotten out of it all is some measure of respect from the Devil himself.
What I'm trying to figure out is, how should I play Gloria, in light of all this? Is there some piece of her that I'm missing in trying to understand how it works? Is there any sin she's committed that I can't seem to see? How should I treat her dealings with the devil? Am I missing or misinterpreting the very theme of the story?
wow . . . well, I'm a guy so I'm assuming you are too. Biggest problem I have playing female characters is my you-know-what! Try tucking it back between your legs - it works really well as long as you don't think of anything sexy.

My friend was around marajuana over the weekend, i'm not sure weather or not she smoked, but she could have. Then she got sick and her mom took her to the doctor, where she had a blood test done to see weather or not she had mono. Should she be worried about the marajuana showing up on the test? do you think that the doctor will notice if it does? Please help!

The blood test for mono is very basic, so they might not notice the marijuana. Of course, if they do the doctor is legally bound to report it, and some labs do drug screening on all blood samples. I'd be worried, but you might get lucky.
