Q: I was diagnosed with a sub-clinical eating disorder in the 9th grade.
Im a freshman in college and i know that its gotten worse - im 5'7" and o only weigh 95 pounds. i should get help but that would mean leaving school which i just dont want to do! i love my dorm and my roomates ... and class and everthing about my college! so basically im asking if anyone has any advice on how i can get better without seeking treatment immideatly ...
even little things would be appricated!

I had issues with that too and all i can say is limit exercise eat lot of fatty food even when not hungry and peanut butter and breads but it didnt help me much but it may help and sleep after you eat

Q: I get horrible cramps during my period and it hurts so much i almost cry. and i almost cant do anything that involves moving. what can i do so it doesnt hurt as much? it still hurts when i take Midol.

I get them too the whole dizzy nausea passin out thing well really all there is to do is take pain killers for it and heating pad helps as well usually or hot showers and jogging

Q: soo i just got my period. and im kind of confused- about everything. how long can i leave a tampon in? can i wear one to bed? and how long does it last? one week every month?

It is sometime around every month yes ranging anywhere from 3 days some even up to 9 and a tampon should be in for 4 to 6 hours about you want to leave it in long enough to absorb so it doesnt hurt coming out but you also dont want to leak or have TSS and it is not a good idea to sleep in thenm I would recommend wearing pads to bed

Q: It seems like all fashion models are tall, and when watching Americas Next Top Model on tv, there was this one girl (bre i think) and they said she was like almost too short to be a model, and she wasnt even that short! I'm only 13/f right now, but when i grow older i want to try to be a model, but i'm extremely short, so i was wondering if there is any modeling careers out there that let shorter people model (right now i'm only like almost five foot)

Depends on what type of modeling career you choose or want to be. I use to act and model in Chicago but they said I was too short to do runway. Now I am 16 and 5'5'' but they need tall women to be able to do that top see more stuff and they are picky I know. YOu may be able to model for like magazines and commercials though and what not but if you are not tall enough they won't let you do runway you usually have to be aroun 5'6 5'7

Q: i just got doen with my period and im spotting pink not like red like when i have my period. i also has PROTECTED sex with my boyfriend lastnight and im on birth control. but im just wandering why im spotting.

Q: Why? Why do people get so caught up in wanting a crush that they talk themselves into having a crush on someone they never would normally like? That's what happens to me all the time. Q: I know this is going to sound random but w/e.
How do I go about asking my boyfriend if we can have sex without asking him straight up?

Q: 16/f. Eh, I feel like such a goody-two-shoes all the time. The other day, my friend asked me, "what's the craziest thing you've ever done?" and I couldn't answer! The only thing I could think of was, like, driving in my friend's car when she couldn't legally drive people yet. Gosh, what a rebel I am, right? Haha. Idk, I just feel like I never do anything daring or extreme and it seems like all of my friends have. I mean I'm alwaysss studying and taking school way too seriously and yes, I make the honor roll and get good grades, but seriosuly, I'm afriad I'm gonna wake up one day when I'm 30 and think to myself that I wasted all of my teenage years and never took a chance doing anything fun. My sister, for example, is always out all the time doing sometimes crazy things, but she always has fun and spends her time doing exciting things with her friends; I go out sometimes but I'm always home at like 9:00 and sometimes I'm just sitting home bored on a Friday or Saturday night with no plans and my sister is ALWAYS out at an awesome party( I honestly can't remember the last time she didn't have any plans; maybe like 4 years ago?). I love my friends and all, but the most exciting thing we do is go to the mall or out to eat. What I'm asking is; what can I do to have more fun and do something crazy so I can look back on my teenage years and know I had a good time? Sorry this is practically as long as an essay, lol.

Think of differnt places to go and plan days to go there and have fun and have parties and be with a group of friends n play games and do crazy things like in a pool or play some wild games

Talk to him a lot more flirt with him give him signals and alll that stuff and if he doesnt get it joke around about you and him or ask him if you ever have a chance together

Q: I told my best (male) friend that I wouldn't sleep with him. We had been friends for 3 years and really cared about each other. I felt that he was my "soul mate". The problem was that he is trapped in a bad marriage- really bad. They have nothing in common and fight constantly. People say they are like oil and water. I almost think he is afraid of her. They have never had kids and she is older than him with two grown kids who are heroin addicts. lt time I saw him he hinted we should fool around. I told him that as long as he were married I wouldnt sleep with him. Now he wants nothing to do with me. So does that mean he was never intending on leaving her and just wanted an affair? Because I think he really did care about me but is too scared to leave her. She is very vindictive. I know how unhappy he was with her because I could see the pain in his eyes when he was with her at social functions so if you think he's staying with her becuase he loves he it's not true.

Wow, well I think this could be a lot of things. Maybe he wants to get out yes and I do think he is scarted but he could also want to just use you I mean he is a guy and guys do that. They trick everyone, it's their specialty but you also know more than me but I wouldn't want to get involved and sleep with him. just be there.

Height does not matter at all. There is no law that says a girl must date a guy who is taller than her. If he is intimidated than he is just shallow and you won't want to be with him anyway. Ask him how he feels and what not and good luck. It's up to you but that is my opinion/advice.

Do not worry at all... first getting your periods are WAY off they are always off for about minimum of two years...I got my first one a couple years agoi in july and didnt get one until february so yea no need to worry your body is normal just watch out for signs if u have cramping or your breats hurt than wear a pan ty liner

Q: Alright. My boyfriend and I have thought a LOT about having sex with each other. First I want to say that is sooo cute!!I COMPLETELY understand your situation I am 16 and been with my boyfriend for 7 months and we plan to stay together forever but anyway if you two have talked it over than yes you seem like you are ready to have sex and sexually active is sex not fooling around. Be safe though yes always use a condom no matter what and be careful because sex sometime s does ruin things but dont let that stop you

your not bugging me at all dont worry about it! but the bleeding all depends really on how you do it. it depends if he is big and how rough you have it normally i would guess around 10-15 minutes but i could be wrong and you might not even bleed at all...hope that helps some

Ask him who he heard it from and trace down the person and talk about rumoprs and tell him that if you were going to say something you would tell him and maybe list one thing about him that annoys you

Q: So I like this kid.
He has a girlfriend now, but we used to have a thing during the summer.
We are friends and all but like in front of his friends he's mean to me.. etc.
But I noticed that on days that i look pretty , he is less mean to me and tries to be around more

Id say dont get attached. If he is mean to you around his friends but nice wen u look good he just wants some booty this happens where i live all the time (and to me) You can be friends but dont let him get to you he will just brag to his friends that he got with you i know its hard but it is the truth
