Ouch!!! Cramps!!!

I get horrible cramps during my period and it hurts so much i almost cry. and i almost cant do anything that involves moving. what can i do so it doesnt hurt as much? it still hurts when i take Midol.

Try using Midol, Advil, Motrin. If you microwave a bottle of water and put it where it hurts it helps, or a heating pad. Hot baths help too. Even putting pressure on where it hurts helps, or get someone to give you a massage where it hurts and on your back. Hope I helped =]

Well it IS your stomache emptying..I take this pill suscribed by my doctor and the pain goes right away! Eating banana helps and drinking a lot of water =)

You shouldn't take tylenol and Advil and stuff because it's for stomache pain but this isn't really a stomache pain..

I get them too the whole dizzy nausea passin out thing well really all there is to do is take pain killers for it and heating pad helps as well usually or hot showers and jogging
