hey a good friend is telling your friend to stop whenever she screws up.
just confront her, and if she's a true friend, she will listen to you.
tell her that you're really worried about her and you're only saying this because you care so much about her and because she's your best friend.
tell her that she's gonna end up being pregnant if she continues, and even worse, she'll end up getting a STD.

you could wash your mouth out with soap or put tobasco in your mouth or something. these are disgusting and the tobasco's really spicy that it hurts, but they're really quick.
if you don't wanna do that, then just don't be aloud to watch tv or something for like a week.
tell her that you were just really frustrated and it just slipped out.
just make sure that it doesn't happen again in front of your parents sweetie.

there's no way it's supposed to look or hairs that you're supposed to leave or anything, just shave it all off dear.
to shave it without hurting yourself, you should put a lot of shaving cream on it, and be very gentle so that you make sure you don't scratch yourself.

diff people have diff sized breasts, so don't compare yourself to them.
you should buy a push up bra, which you can buy at macy's or any department store like that.
a push up bra has a lot of padding, and at the bottom of it there's like a hump of even more padding, which pushes your breasts up to show more cleavage and to make your breasts look bigger.
if you go there and aren't sure which one's are push up bras, you could go tell the store clerk you're looking for push up bras, or you could go shopping with your friends and ask them which ones are push up bras.

well first off, before you do anything at all, you need to get them checked at the vet to make sure they don't have any kind of diseases or anything.
then you can give them milk and food and give them a nice warm bed to sleep in and hold them in you lap and pet them, and be really nice to them. cats love it when you pet under their chin and around their ears and on their stomach.
just be as nice as you can to them and give them lots and lots of attention.
while your at the vet, you can also ask him what you can do to make the kittens and the mom cat like you and feel safe and comfortable with you.

You get TSS from when you're blood and stuff starts growing bacteria on it, so if you switch tampons, then it wouldn't be on there.
that's why you needa change tampons every time you go to the bathroom hun.

I was supposed to get my period on the 7th of july, and I never got it. I was spending the month in Dominica (in the caribbean) so i figured it would be a little off. three weeks later on the day I was coming home, I got it, but only for ONe day! I haven't had my period since june 16th and I'm usually pretty regular. I am average weight, although lately I've been trying to lose weight, but I'm definitely not under weight. I'm not sexually active either, so what's the problem????

the first few years you get your period its usually irregular, so that might be it if you got it within like 1 or 2 years ago.
if you didn't just get it, then it could be because of malnutrition. try eating more protein and calcium and take a vitamin everyday in the mornings or something.
also if you're really stressed or nervous or something like that, that could also be the reason.

it's probably cause you just started. it's usually irregular for a year or a few years until it gets regular.
if you didnt just start and you've had it for a couple of years or something, then it's probably because of malnutrition. in that case, try eating more protein and calcium.
also, there's signs that tell you about a day before you get it that you're going to get your period like the next day. if your head or stomach starts to hurt or you start getting cramps or you feel moody for no reason or if you're extremely tired like you can barely get up, then wear a pad that night cause it probably means you're going to get your period.

whenever he's mad, you should just stay away from him and try not to talk to him or ask him for any favors.
if you have to be in a room with him for some reason while he's mad, try not to talk to him unless he asks you a question, and don't do anything whatsoever to make him mad, even the smallest thing. also, to make sure he doesnt get mad at you, you should like open the door for him or whatever and do him favors to make sure that he CAN'T get mad at you.
if that doesn't work, then you should tell your mom about it and tell her to tell him about it, or like while he's taking it out on you tell him really softly and nicely and be like "you're kinda taking it out on me cause you're in a bad mood and mad about something..." and act kinda scared so he'll know what you're thinking.

it means that you're body isn't staying hydrated.
every morning and lunch, you should drink lots and lots of water, as much as you can, and just force it down even if you're not that thirsty.
in the mornings before school drink about a bottle of water, and like half a bottle at lunch.
just make sure you dont drink a lot like an hour before practice, cause then you'll get cramps.
that should keep you hydrated during practice.
