is masturbation benifit girls in any way?

my gf like to pleasure herself when im not able to be there to do it for her. so, i was wondering what are the effects of masturbation with girls? what are the pros and cons?

the pros are that it pleasures her and it feels good for her. there really are no cons, cause nothing bad can happen from masterbating. you can't get sick or get any diseases or anything.

but if she rubs too hard, it might hurt a little to where it would hurt to touch it for a few hours or so.
