hey,
i get this while i run at cheerleading. it means your body is actually too tired to run, or you could be dehydrated. in my case, when i drank about 2 bottles of water throughout the day of my running, and ate a small meal, it made the feeling better.
just make sure you don't drink too much RIGHT before practice. this will give your stomach cramps. and, you should watch when you eat. try eating about an hour before running, something healthy, prefferably.
hope this helps, and good luck at running! just remember to mainly stay hydrated!!!

it means that you're body isn't staying hydrated.
every morning and lunch, you should drink lots and lots of water, as much as you can, and just force it down even if you're not that thirsty.
in the mornings before school drink about a bottle of water, and like half a bottle at lunch.
just make sure you dont drink a lot like an hour before practice, cause then you'll get cramps.
that should keep you hydrated during practice.
