i just started going to cross country practices, and it seems like at every practice, while we're running, i feel sick and then i get chills all over my body. so, why do i get chills?and what does it mean?

i get this while i run at cheerleading. it means your body is actually too tired to run, or you could be dehydrated. in my case, when i drank about 2 bottles of water throughout the day of my running, and ate a small meal, it made the feeling better.
just make sure you don't drink too much RIGHT before practice. this will give your stomach cramps. and, you should watch when you eat. try eating about an hour before running, something healthy, prefferably.
