Bra
Well im 13/f. Umm.. this is kinda embarresing but is there anyway to make my breasts grow faster? Cause im kinda "flat". I dont even wear a bra with cups. I heard of training bras but im not sure what they look like, ( i dont go t thsoe departments) and I heard sports bras are okay. Help anyone?

Don't worry! My aunt didn't grow boobs until she was 15! Of course, you can't just stop worring. I worry about my boobs! You will blossom! It could be within a few months and after you start, your on a roll. When I first began, I wanted to wear a bra to cover up or some people like my friend does it because it makes them feel comfortable. However, she doesn't have any and she doensn't even wear them because she thinks they are way to uncomfortable. It's your choice. You can begin with training bras that just slip on. Sport bras are great also. To make your breasts grow faster...doubt it but the only thing they can grow is time!

Whatever bra you want to wear is fine. Victoria's Secret [and other stores too, thats just one that comes to mind] has AA cups, and you could get one with padding or inserts. You can't really do anything to make them grow faster, enjoy being flat-chested while you can. Large breasts aren't all they're cracked up to be.

You can't make your breasts grow faster. Besides, big boobs aren't always great. With smaller breasts you can wear tank tops without a bra.
Sports bras and training bras are fine. Ask your mother or a female you trust to take you bra shopping. You may actually be an A. The people at the store will measure you and tell you what size you are. If you want a bra with cups they make a size called Barely A. You would probably be able to wear that.

diff people have diff sized breasts, so don't compare yourself to them.
you should buy a push up bra, which you can buy at macy's or any department store like that.
a push up bra has a lot of padding, and at the bottom of it there's like a hump of even more padding, which pushes your breasts up to show more cleavage and to make your breasts look bigger.
if you go there and aren't sure which one's are push up bras, you could go tell the store clerk you're looking for push up bras, or you could go shopping with your friends and ask them which ones are push up bras.

Well girl your only 13. What do you need boobs for? Wait till your 15 or 16 they will start showing..heh. but if u really want some bad you can get bra inserts and they will make u look like you have boobs.

hi! well honey you are NOT FLAT!! ive been there i just got out of it.. well look measure youre upper waist and maybe for this case youre an A so depending on your waist you buy your cup.. if you dont like cups.. that there are some exercise that might help:P and eventually they will grow...:) and for the training bra. i have no idea wat they look like....(and i know its sort of embarrasing to go to those departments:P
