Im 15/f. At the moment I'm a Christian, but I'm considering becoming a solitary witch. I've got some questions I'd like to know the answers to from people who actually practise witchcraft and aren't just writing a book
1) Do I need to start praying to the God straight
away?
2) Do I definetely need a separate altar, goddess
shrine, god shrine and lunar shrine because I
only have a small room
3) Does being a witch cost a lot of money?
I'm too young to get a job so I don't have
much money
Don't get me wrong, I really want to become a witch. It's just that the books I'm reading just aren't answering all my questions as they are written by older women dedicated to the craft completely, not a young beginner. Any sources of information or tips on becoming and being a solitary witch are also welcome.

ok im not here to talk you down i understand wicca is not about satan and demons...etc. i kno its about nature and so is the magic. so im not gonna tell you that you shouldnt worship satan because thats not what you were planning on doing. ok one of them said that they pray to there gods that accept them no matter what. but as you said you are a Christian and so you kno that God the God your God accepts everyone just the same all he asks is that they believe thats it no magic no altars no nothing. just believe tha he died for you. can i ask you a question i mean this isnt to make you sound bad but how can you possibly turn from Christianity. im sry btu i pray that God doesnt let you sleep until you decide for yourself

Ok my family is very strong believers in Christianity but I believe in Kabbalah (which is very very different). I've never said anything about it b4..I just went along with them and went to church and stuff. Well I guess that because it's never caused a problem before. Now they know that my boyfriend isn't a Christian and they're all like you can't be with him..and see I've been with him as long as I can remember and I love him to death. If I tell them I'm not a Christian I'm really afraid that they'll either ground me forever and treat me like crap or send me to bording school. What should I do? Because I can't go the next two years without my man. (link)

not to be mean but i will never understand how someone can grow up in a Christian home and then turn their back on God. You do realize thats what you did. i mean did anything you learned in church sink in. dont you get it. Jesus is it. he is the only way. you cant get to heaven doin anything else.and im not gonna sit here and say omgosh your such an idiot and your goin to hell beacuse that wouldnt be fair to your beliefs. but just because i respect those beliefs doesnt mean that i think them right. as far as the whole bf thing goes i think you should tell you parents now. because all your doing right now is mocking God

i have somethin to say to fatalxheart. ok i mean your right what kind of god would send ppl to hell. LET ME TELL YOU WHAT KIND. The kind of God who over 2000 years ago sent his son to the cross. the kind of God who tries every day to get your attention and wants to love you and be with you and wants you to kno him and kno that he is all-powerful. but i mean when he tries to get your attention and speaks to you but all you do is reject him why should you get to go to heaven i want you to give me one good reason please. and he never stops trying to get your attention he is always there and is always listening to what you have to say to him.

I grew up in a christian home. I'm almost 18 and still everything in my life is God this God that. I believe in him but that doesn't make my problems go away. I'm always crying, have the blues, feel alone, feel anger, sad, somedays I just don't feel like doing anything but lay around. But everytime I try to show to my parents that I have a problem I get God shoved in my face. Sometimes I just want to run away from home...but I know that won't solve anything. What should I do? If I stick around home anylonger I'm afraid that I'll do something to myself again. (link)

Ok the questions isnt did you grow up in a Christian home but are you a Christian. there is a huge difference. I mean God knows you are there and he hears you are hurting and he is reaching for you,and he wants you to be his he wants to be able to comfort you. if you are a Christian you have definetely strayed or you just arent listening to what He has to say. talk to your pastor or youth pastor never hurts they will understand and they can give you amazing scripture to help you

NO Christianity,Catholic,and Lutheran arent seperated by holidays . let me tell you i agree with what someone said earlier. Catholic and Lutherin are denominations and religions. Christianity is knowing God knowing that he came to earth and died for you to take every sin away so that you would be made clean and there would then be a way for you to get to heaven. See God is perfect so therefore there is no sin with him. We on the other hand were born into this world sinners. everyone is a sinner . so God sent his son to die on the cross to save us . He put all of our sins , sins we have committed things that we are goin to do(because like always we will mess up) and he put them on his son. his son was crucified stabbed in the side they place a crown of thorns on his head and mocked him. 3 days later he rose. he buried our sin so we could have life. bein a Christian isnt about doing works and bein good. its about knowing God and loving God and having a relationship with him where when you have problems you can talk to him and not have to come to this site and ask other ppl questions . we dont kno. its also worshipping him and knowing that he is the one that made you and made the earth and everything in it. please if you want to talk to me come to my site

Hi my name is Bill. Im 15 and I currently attend a christian church. As a baby my parents werent married, my mom ran away, my dad couldnt afford a baby soo he left me with his parents. I grew up with my grandparents till right before my 15th b-day when my grandma died from carcinoid cancer. after that i weant to live with my dad. instead of being distanced from God I feel closer. my pastor said im the strongest person he's met. what does he mean by that? by the way i want to go to olivet collage and become a youth pastor myself. wow first of all with your life and everything that has happened its amazing to hear that you are a Christian..I am also a Christian.....i mean wat could rock more .haha ok anyway. im pretty sure when he said you are the strngest person he has met means.....Well i mean my word look at what you've been through,and you are still a strong Christian. more ppl should be that way. okay well i have these 2 friends and they're both my best friends..well me and one of them (christina) live across the street so we're the closest in our friendship or 3 but my friend just moved across the street from us (karlie)..and well now when all 3 or us hang out i feel like i'm the 3rd wheel..and i feel like i'm losing my best friend (christina) i mean i love karlie right to death but i just feel so left out when all 3 of us are together..like christina will leave the room and karlie will have to follow her every move..idk what to do and i'm just afraid that our friendship is going to fall apart over something stupid..what can i do to make things better please help! haha my friends and i had the same prob. the other 2 were always hanging out. and i didnt feel like the 3rd wheel alot. but i asked them to talk about it with me,and it did alot of good to talk about it believe me

well i have this friend who i really really like..well we've dated before..and everytime i try to open up to him it seems like he pushes me away..i always tell him i want to tell the guy i like that i like him..yet he know that i'm really talking about him..and everytime he always says go for it and tell him how you feel what do you have to lose..i always say well he hates me and he'll always say "who could hate you?"..yet i still think he does..and i want to know if he feels the same way about me as i feel about him..what can i do? i really need help on this one..it's very hard. please help!

wow. its scary because i kno exactly how you feel. i have a friend and he is my best friend . ive known him for about 2 years. i realized that i really really like him. so the idiot that i am .....i told him. it was horrible. i mean he didnt say anything but he didnt say that he liked me back. i felt so awkward. i couldnt talk to him for 2 weeks. he is my best friend and i would much rather be able to talk to him i can find another guy but not another best friend who completely understands me. so pretty much my advice is.....just because you like someone doesnt mean they are gonna like you back. and its much better to keep it to yourself then ruin a friendship,and give it time he might come around

As it gets warmer outside I start wanting to buy a summer dress. This happens every year but I haven't had a proper summer dress since I was 11 years old. I'm 18 now.
Every dress I try on either doesn't fit properly or is just plain unflattering. I'm 5'9 and I weigh around 14 stone. I take a (British) size 18 because i have a large bust. My measurements are as follows Bust=111 cm, Underbust=96cm, Waist=87cm and Hips=110cm. I have basically got an hourglass figure but I'm plumb and buxom to go with it.
My appearence is pretty low maintenence so something quite simple would probably be best.If neccessary I can make the dress myself from a sewing pattern as I just got a sewing machine.
What cut of dress would be flattering and suit my figure? (link)

I have a sister who has the same problem. She hates it because she has such a hard time finding clothes. A halter dress with a flowing bottom always fits nicely. They fit that body type well and its a really cute dress

ok i wrote before about my mums friend and everything how he wanted me to stay at his house and stuff well now he said to my mum if only he was 20 years younger he would go out with me. My mum got very angry at him and shouted at him for saying this! To be honest with you i don't know what to think. He keeps telling my mum i am so lovely,he asks me to come to his house and stay there. He is in his 30s and i am 17! and recently he has been phoneing my mum more since he met me! is he a pedo? i don't know what to do i am becoming quite scared of him.please advice me. Thanx (link)

WOW well im sure you pretty much already know the answer to this one.....STAY AWAY FROM HIM! i mean gosh perve. ive actually dealt with somethin like that in my life before and im only 15. Your mom will protect you im sure she knows somethin isnt right. so be on the alert but dont worry about it
