how can i motivate myself to workout more? i really need to get in shape for softball and basketball coming up. also, can anyone give me some exercises i should do to get in shape? like the name of them and a very brief, yet detailed explanation...i will rate those who answer honestly. and please dont delete this question! Well what motivates me is knowing how good in shape i will be. Some of my exercises are 30 crunches a day, 20 push ups, 50 jumping jax. And hey i'm 13 and I weight 85. It keeps my in health plus I run alot.

Turn on music really loud and dance around while ur doing it. Hey I do it now i love cleaning my room and plus think about the stuff you can do after so you can just get it done w/ fast!

I broke up with my ex-boyfriend a few weeks ago (he lives in a diffrent state). I called him today and we talked for over half an hour. anyway, we where about to hand up and I said "bye" then he said kinda fast "I love you, bye" then he hung up. Then about 10 minutes later he called he back asking me if I was doing anything for Valintines day. I said no (because im not). then he said ok and hung up. Im confused I think he still likes me but I don't know. I don't even know if I still like him like a boyfriend. Please help.

Hey there...
I need a lottle help as to what to do in this kind of situation... I just found out not too long ago that a secret was being kept from me about one of my friends tryin to kill herself and how she ended up in the hospital and everything... and all of that jazz... and how 2 of my other friends "saved her" by calling the ambulance and stuff... Once i got to think about it.. I wondered what the hell her problem was and how she got all of the attention and stuff(and she did this by overdosing on IBprofun by the way) And i was sitting there getting mad b.c. i didnt think that she should have done anything like that. And i was mad b.c. I've been feeling really depressed lately and nobody understands me.. so i was thinking about doing the same thing... only with soma's (since my moms a drug addict and i can get that stuff) and i cry at night thinking about this and how i wish that ppl would see and it didnt have to go to an extreme like this.. what should i do?
p.s. my friends mom just died yesterday and so now im really worried about her

okay, i have a friend, and i'm really close to her, we've been friends for a really long time and i just love her to death! almost like a sister! but anyways, just recently she told me about her boyfriend...he doesn't want her to talk to any guys, and he says if he ever catches her, he will kill her and him...and he's not just bluffing, he is really serious about the killing. also, they recently had sex for the first time, and the day after he wouldn't talk to her, but then he said "i'm sorry, come over to my house after work" those were his exact words! he wanted her over there so they could have sex. he won't wear a condom unless she threatens him that they're not going to have sex unless he does. also, he gives her hickies and she asks him to put them in places that can't be easily seen so she can't get in trouble, but when she asks him to he gets mad and bites her on the next, hard, leaving big places, in visible spots. i'm sorry this was long, but please help.
