I dont really know what your drive would be on getting you to work out more - i just enjoy working out thats my motive but good work out consists of running a lot. Running really helps you stay in shape. Also stretching before you run so you dont hurt yourself. I also like to do push ups and sit ups after i run - 3 sets of 20 of each of them. It really helped me get in shape. Good Luck!

find a fun workout like pilates, tai-bo, kickboxing, or even dancing. Swiming is good exercise to cause you kick with your feet and paddle with your arms, so swim laps.

Exercise videos can help give you routine and direction. Pilates is awesome- works the abs and "core". Also good is kick-boxing- you really work up a sweat. Or there's always good old Richard.

i would just get out and run. I play basketball and we do down and backs, deffence shuffles, and backpedal. Do like, 1 down and back, and then deffence shuffle to the opposite base line and then back pedal back. Do like 5 to start out on your first time and work your way up as you go. The good thing about this simple stuff, is that it can be done really fast and it still gets the job done. Good luck!

dude, i am totaly not motivated to work out on my own. the best thing you can do is find a buddy who is motivated and make him drag you around. always use the battle buddy system!
