OK listen up,although i agree with most of the answers, and don't agree whole heartedly because most of them are from girls and they do not understand guys.so here is mine
FIRST,The thing about him having a girlfriend....just leave it for now, he probably likes you and might break up with her sooner or later

lol,okay,first of all i have to warn you that guys hate mixed signals,as much as girls do.but here are a few that i really hate(and you could use)
1)make eye contact a LOT, then maybe the next day act as if he was a ghost or nothing.Just drift by him without looking at him, or keep your face down on the floor when walking past him, it's extremely fustrating.
2)Sit next to him during lunch and chat happily or say hi when you sit down, do this for a few weeks, then suddenly sit at the same table but on the furthest corner, and turn your body away from him( body signal) and just eat while reading a magazine or something.
3)Text him a lot,wish him goodnight for a few days then off your phone for the next few weeks,totally confusing.
4)Ask him out for a date,then secretly bring your whole group of friends,he will be surprised cause he will think it's a date when you brought all your friends as if it was a party or something.
5)when he says " we should see each other more often", look back at him with a blur look and go " huh?"

I do not know what to do about mixed signals. all i want to know is how the guy feels because he likes this other girl but throughout this year it feels like we have something but its like you dont talk about it.
