sometimes running in place while watching tv is fun or runnning around your house apartment whatever also running upstairs will prepair you for like anything hills ditches lots of stuff

well thats pretty normal i think but maybe you coodtalk to your mom about it i mean its kinda weird in my opinion to talk to my dad about that stuff like me and my mom girl girl connection but you cood always just be friends with some boys for awhile and let your parents know like i'm gonna go hang out with some friends ex: steve anna bobby shirley andy who knows they cood like them and wod like you to hang out with them.

Okay like over a year ago i taped all these pictures on my wall like 200 or so.. && i took them off && the wall looks awful..Painting isn`t an option && i don`t know what to do && to put those pictures back up would take a LONG time. I don`t really have money for posters.. So if you have any ideas please help.. Its horrible && i hate it..I doubt theres much to do but i just thought i`d give it a shot;;
ALso i have tons && tons of construction paper maybe i can put that up && then like draw or write on it..I can do grafitti good so maybe that would be okay.. (link)

My Mom forgot to mix the paint of my room before she started painting so we had 2 different colors of aqua that ended up on my wall and it wasn't too bad looking but we put border up and put some stars to distract the different colors. ask some friends or family if they have things you can have or things they can make

I used to be best friends with this guy, Mike, who is two years older than me. He had a HUGE crush on me, but I never felt the same way about him... so we never actually went out. Now, he has a girlfriend who is 15, while he is 18, and she hates me. She talks a lot of crap about me and calls me names. I have tried talking to both of them about it. Mike said he would talk to her, but it hasnt helped. Its now getting to the point where she is harassing me and saying really mean, hurtful, embarassing stuff. I dont know what else to do, and Im not sure why she is saying all this about me. I have never talked to the girl, and i have never talked about her... but for some reason she thinks i have. hey i really need your help. i have an ipod mini and i dont have the manual. i bought it like 2 years ago. sometimes when my ipod is turned off and on hold ill hear it playing a random song and it will still be on hold. but it doesnt turn off so it wastes batteries. its sooooo annoying! help (link)

Do you know any exercises I could do daily or every other day that would make my bum less flat. I've heard that going on the running machine on high incline works, is this true?
Any exercises that would make my tummy sightly more toned?
Any that would make my legs more toned?
And any that would make my arms more toned?

well you cood run up and down stairs for your legs.
if you have a playground near by you cood try and do pull ups.
you cood also swim like on a team or lessons. or run around your neighborhood, but not far or anything if your pretty yound make sure you have a cell phone or walkie talkie so you cood like get ahold of your parents quickly. run or bike ride with a friend too it cood be fun to talk and excercise at the smae time. ask your health teacher gym teacher doctor or nurse for more advice or me if you need anything else. hope i helped.
