Its the summer holidays so I'm gonna be wearing my bikini alot. I have quite a good figure - slim and toned, but there are just some things I'd like to change, so.......
Do you know any exercises I could do daily or every other day that would make my bum less flat. I've heard that going on the running machine on high incline works, is this true?
Any exercises that would make my tummy sightly more toned?
Any that would make my legs more toned?
And any that would make my arms more toned?

if you have a playground near by you cood try and do pull ups.
you cood also swim like on a team or lessons. or run around your neighborhood, but not far or anything if your pretty yound make sure you have a cell phone or walkie talkie so you cood like get ahold of your parents quickly. run or bike ride with a friend too it cood be fun to talk and excercise at the smae time. ask your health teacher gym teacher doctor or nurse for more advice or me if you need anything else. hope i helped.
