My best friend is thinking about moving. Not the kind of moving where yoiu witch cities or states, infact this move would be a good thing! The house they are looking at right now is not even a block away from my house. She and I we're sooooooo excited! She knew the house would be perfect! Only one problem.... when she accually got to see the house... (only the outside) well, she just doesn't really like it. I really wanted her to move there! What do I do? (link)

suck it up, not to be mean but it shouldn't matter weather or not she moves to where you want her to. But it might be a bad thing too. You might see too much of eachother and then start hating eachother!

I have to decide which person to hire for my company. One person has a lot of experience. The other has some experience. Obviously I should hire the first person. I think that you should hire the first person, because they will give you better results. But the person who is struggling financially should find a way to get their life to be better. Maybe you can help them by giving them advice? I suggest refinancing their house, or get help at a clinic.

Well, you could use one kind of technique I learned: make two lists: the first one about one of the boys that you like, and the second one about the other boy that you like. So, the boy with the most/best things "wins". If you don't like that idea, then you might want to try and talk to someone that you trust and if they know the two boys too, then they could help you out with the problem.

I think you should do what you want. If you like gymnastics more than cheerleading, then do that. But, if you don't want to hurt your finger at all, then be on the safe side and do cheerleading. But, at least you know that you CAN do 4 back hand springs in a row.

I think that if they are mean to you, then obviousely they are not your REAL friends. I know that you want to be their friend, but no offense to them, but real friends don't cream at you, and be mean to you for everything you say. Also, try talking to them about what they do to you, and how it makes you feel (I know that sounds mushy, but still...).

So, there's this boy..and he's perfect for me. I've had a crush on him for a while now, but I've always been kind of shy about flirting, and letting my intentions be known. And then there's my best friend, who is the complete opposite. She's outgoing, and loud, and cute, and flirty, and has the added advantage of having been friends with him for years. She's not that into him, but he's completely in love with her.
Now, you're probably thinking, 'well, she needs to talk to her best friend, and then she needs to talk to the boy.' That would be wonderful advice, if my best friend and I were still as close as we used to be, but she's going to Catholic school next year for Highschool, and so we've sort of drifted apart.
I really want to be with this guy, but I don't know how to make him see me, and not just my friend, without completely becoming her. Which I refuse to do. Help please?? (link)

Well, obviousely they are not very good friends if they make fun of you/make things up about you. I'm not saying that they are bad friends or anything, but it really isnt good for "friends" to do that. If this is in school, then I would tell the teacher. If this is out of school, then I would tell my parents. Just pretty much tell an adult. Or, you could also talk to people that are also your friends, but you trust them. If I were you, I would also ignore them because if people are stupid enough to belive that that is true, then why be thier friend? But, it'll turn out ok! =)
