Someone else mentioned Turbo Jam in another answer, and I just wanted to get several opinions on this. Are the exercise/dance moves difficult to do or to learn? If someone is consistant, are the results as good as they promise? If anyone has done this do you get stiff and sore in the beginning? (link)

I'm addicted to soda. I'm average weight, and other then soda, I'm very healthy. My doctor says the soda is addding extra fat on my tummy and thighs, so I should stop drinking it so much. I drink about 2 cans a day, sometimes more. Its alot I know, I've tried stopping so many times. Cold turkey hasn't work, neither has slowly reducing how much I drink. Any other ideas? (link)

Well,
Two sodas is alot in a day. You should try taking step by step. First try only having one a day and hats when you absolutley HAVE to have one. Then after you are fine with just having one a day you should try taking another step and only having 1 every two days. After you have gotten used to that, you should try having i a week, meaning one every five days if you cant handle that then you can have two a week until you feel fine enough to go down to one. You should try other juices and drink LOTS of water in the meantime. And to get rid of the the flab around your thighs and tummy by doing cruntches and puchups and stuff like that.
If you REALLY want to cut down on the soda you drink and stay focused to the step by step procedure then youll be down to one or two cans a week in no time. :]

what do you guys do in your free and occupied time besides school, eating, maintaining hygiene, and hanging out with friends?
i dont do anything in summer and otherwise. like summer camps/schools or like sports, what volunteering things, clubs outside and in school. can you suggest stuff or tell me what you do? all i do is watch tv, read, do hw, volunteer at a hospital one time a week (maximum amount possible in the program). pointers on getting a job? i feel like im wasting time and space in this world

During the day you can go swimming, go to the beach go to your friends house, learn to play an instrument, go to the movies etc.
When you are 14 you can start working at Publix.
Otherwise, when your older you can start working at coldstone. They get alot of money like $5 dollars an hour plus tips, so you can have spare money to spend.

to bring out your eyes you should definatley wear a light blue, or turquise. Dont wear a dark blue t-shirt because it will hide your eye color.

If you like him alot and will get jealous if you see someone else with him than you should go for it. You should tell him how you feel.
If you really honestly don't want to go out with him, then just stay close friends. Because in most relationships, you guys stop being friends after you break up.

Your not overweight and i know you know that. You could do crutches during the day or pushups like everyday and until the flab goes away if you really cant handle the flab. But you are not overweight.And if that doesnt help you could always go to a gym.

I'm 13, 5'2, 145lbs. I am determined to lose weight and i want to be committed but .. how? i am lazy all the time and i get bored easily. Your not obese. For your height, 160 is being obese.
Try doing different sports. See which ones you have fun with. If it doesnt make you bored and you like the sport then you're set.
