Okay, well i dont have a bad home and im not severely depressed but i get upset easily and sometimes i do feel depressed. Last night i cut myself 4 the first time...do i need help..am i crazy...i cant tell my parents....what should i do?

Ok, since you've only did it once, then don't do it again. Stop yourself next time. If you get upset again, go read a book or watch tv. that always works for me, or punch something. its better to break your hand then have scars on your wrists, and go to a mental home. if you cant stop doing it then you need to tell your parents. but if you know you wont do it again, then its ok not to tell them. Just think of the people that smoke. they started either because they thought it was cool, or because they thought it would get away their pain. well look at them now they are stuck waisting their money and having bad lungs the rest of their life. Dont let that happen to you, by cutting your self. be strong and prevent it. Just because you get upset or are having a bad day dont mean you go cut yourself. its not cool and not safe. JUST DONT DO IT AGAIN.

hey, I'm looking for some good advice because I basically don't what to do anymore. I recently got dumped by this guy. I really loved him, it wasn't one of those "fake" loves as you might call it. I really was and still am in love with him, I would give anything and do anything for him. He did love me at one point too and he claims he doesn't know why he stopped. He thinks that it could be that I took him for granted or was unappreciative and that I hurt him. But I never even knew I was doing any of this, and if I had known I would have tried my hardest to fix the problem. I'm so confused and I've tried almost everything, and now I'm lost. My friends say that I should just move on, but I don't want to give up because I just have this gut feeling that he will come back. One reason being that I don't believe some one can just stop loving within a couple of days. And the reason he stopped loving me so quickly wasn't because he didn't love me in the first place, because he really did. So, I don't know if I should keep hoping and holding on and waiting or give up and try to move on. Advice would be much appreciated!

well how about you do both.... wait for someone to come to you. to me that means that if they do they want to be with you more then u want to be with them. and the chance of you getting hurt when you and that person break up is less because they found you.. and well it just seems that way. to you im not sure? in the meantime untill that boy comes just wait for your ex. your totally right, he didnt have no reason to break up with you. just dont be to hard on yourself because in this situation be proud that you can say it was his lose. i believe that yor were really in love with that boy because i was in love once. and well it didnt work out and now i found someone new. so if it comes to it i know you probably can.

sure youll probably cry. you probably have been, but in the end it will all be ok. dont feel bad for the nothing you did. but then again if he finds someone else there is still a little tiny chance of him coming back to you, because he might think "o well this girl isnt working out, i should of stayed with the person i loved" ! but i wouldnt wait around for him unless you are that desperate or in that much love with him.

just dont be the only one moving on if he does..

Okay so my feet smell terribly bad...well...actually its my shoes (birkenstocks...how ever they are spelled)...i wash them out but within a week they have gunk back in them and smell disgusting...its the only pair of shoes i have for now and the smell is embarrasing...is there anyway to keep this from happening because i absolutely dread washing them...

when you get out of the shower put baby lotion on ur feet then put socks on! your feet will smell good.. and spray some stuff in your shoes.. or just go get a new pair

My bf broke up with me, he gave me an excuse pretty much he said well if we fight this much now how are we going to have a future and we're going to ruin our friendship. Ok it's an excuse bc I was willingly to do anything for us to not fight but he wasn't. I really love him, when he broke up with me I had to have one of my friends stop me from not starving myself or cutting myself. I can't stop crying, it just can't be over I need to talk to him. What do I say is this over u heartbreaker? lol It's weird bc we only had a few fights and stuff and we were doing good a few days ago..please what do I do I'd do anything for this boy and anything to get him back ik thats desperate..but I LOVE HIM!!!!!

i think he was giving you a excuse because mabe he has found some one else. or mabe he just doesnt want to go out with you anymore because he just wants to be alone. I think that is excuse to. Just call him and say " look im really sorry about all the fights, even if you dont go back out with me i just want you to know i truly am sorry." if he chooses to move on except that. there is way more hotter and nicer boys out there. you dont need him if hes going to be like that. if he finds another girl, ya you will probably get jealous but just go out with some one and that will take your mind off him. dont you dare missy cut yourself over him. if you do you will either end up in the hospital or have these horrible scars that will stay for along time. and plus you will be ashamed of your self when you see them. and think "how stupid was i". you can also get put in a mental home. ive felt just like you before. i mean JUST like you. you have to accept that its part of being a teen. and you will grow out of it even if you dont notice. you will realize that you shouldnt care what other people think or do. yes it hurts you but youll hurt more cutting yourself. my best friend cut her self over a boy. and now she is totally over him but still has a big scar on her arm. and ive wanted to kill myself over boys before but now im happy i didnt do it and didnt even try. if he was your first love then youll never forget him but youll learn that you have to move on. and if you guys go back out i wish you the best of luck.

If you call someone blocked on your cell phone can it be traced back. Like can you call your cell phone company and ask them who called you blocked and they tell you the number?

yes the only thing that have to do is call your phone comany or the cops. but most likely the person wont unless you really piss them off.ive pranked people so many times and ive never had it happen to me but mabe i got lucky.

I share a bathroom with my 10 yearold sister and we keep our waste basket in the closet so my dog doesn't get to it. Everytime I get my period, i make sure i push my trash all the way to the bottom and close the closet door. BUT m sister always leaves the door open. My dog gets bloody tampons and the drags them around the house. My dad is getting disgusted and so am I! He blames it on me because of course its mine, not my moms. He says things like "You know the only thing that disgusts me is your bloody tampons" Its so embarassing!! How can I deal with this? My sister is an effin lazy ass.

sorry about spelling, but I am really considering getting my cartilage (spelling?) pierced around my birthday day (July 1st) and I know this is a stupid question but how bad does it really hurt, and I don't really remember getting my ears pierced because I was young. well i didnt think it hurted at all. i seriously didnt feel it that much. i think there is only a certain side they will peirce it on. and ive had mine for like 2 or 3 years and i dont even put a earing in it any more but if i wanted to i would go through no trouble what so ever getting it back in.

When you get it done, try to sleep on the oppisite side it is on. Because it will earitate it and it will either get infected or hurt really bad.When you get it done the people should give you some stuff to take care of it. its really simple. i NEVER put the stuff on, and yet i still never got an infection. but i wouldnt take the risk.

it is painless unless you do something to feel the pain. i promise, you will be happy and you will think " that was nothing " then i thought it would be. and i always thought when i was scared of something i knew couldnt kill that i shouldnt be worried.

Lately i have been crying all the time. I have been feeling overwhealmed and sensitive to everything. i used to be so happy and laughing all the time and now i havn't laughed for ages and cry over everything. I read about similar symptoms in a amgazine and it said that the symptoms mean i could be depressed. Is that true and if it is what should i do? I feel so down all the time and upset. Please help

I had the same problem. I dont quite no how i did get rid of it but i know hanging out with my friends that dont start drama all the time. just think of some stuff that made you happy before. And most likely you probably are depressed. i know its hard and the littlest thing someone says you get upset. It will go away. its just part of being a teen. Just try not to care about the things that make you upset.

My dad is really abusive...towards me and my mom. Especially my mom. He calls her degrading names and he used to abuse her..alot. Even while she was pregnant with me and my brother and my sister. To this day, I am almost 17 and he still verbally abuses and me also. My mom has considered divorce, but we have no money, no where to go. Today something horrible happenned and he was calling my mom ALOT of horrible words that I can't even say on here. I am afraid that when he comes home from work tomorrow that he will yell at her again..Also, I am afraid that when my siblings and I go to school, he will beat her. Please give advice.

get a job right now if u dont already have one. save all the money and get a apartment for the 2 of you. When you get anough money for atleast four months rent then pack all your bags when he isnt home and leave. take the bus to work if you have to. that what i would do. Or you can always beat him to death in his sleep. Shoot.. thats what i would do to! Um i was wondering what state you live in? You can come stay with me.

Hey! Well i have this problem..i LOVE hanging out with my cousin--we are the same age . both 15 and she is pretty much awesome lol we are really close! The only thing is when we hang out we dont really go anywhere..she is a computer (AIM , MYSPACE) addict..im serious. We were suppose to hangout this weekend and at my house we are having this party but like ALL OLD PEOPLE are going to be there..and its boring..and my cousin told me that me her and the kid she liked (mike) and his friend (zack) and this girl brittany were all going to go to a movie so i could meet the guys she likes. Well now i just talked to her a little bit ago shes like GUESS WHAT? i get to drive to your house on saturday because she got her permitt..and i was like ohhh coool..and shes like but yeah i dont think zack has even talked to mike yet ..so im not sure what we are doing this weekend..and it seems like she is coming over here for the boring party where we will just sit here with all the adults and do nothing..she will probably go on the computer. She wants me to sleepover but the problem is since she is grounded from the computer at her house..we dont do anything besides sit there and watch tv the whole time..this is not how i want to spend my weekend! i look forward to my weekends and i dont want to waste it by sitting on my butt. We never go anywhere..sometimes its boring but like there is never anything to do and it seems like she never wants to do anything! we both dont really hangout with guys..even tho i would want to but we are more quieter so we dont have many guy friends..and yeahh. SO any suggestions on what we could do? Or anything that would help with my situation on how to spice things up..and just have fun!!

Well you dont always have to go to the movies with friends.. go to the mall or just walk around some where. I know what you mean i dont like sitting in the house on the weekends either.. Ugh Boring! invite some friends over... and when she comes over take a plug from your computer and hide it so she cant get on it. if something happens to where she does get on it just tell her how you feel. I know there is not much to do in life on the weekends but you can go bowling, rollerskating, out to eat,ect.

i always always ALWAYSS get pit stains. and it stinks because it shows through no matter what color i wear. i even tried speed stick antipersperant idk i still got pit stains. i hate raising my hand and stuff bc i know i have them. any suggestion howi can get rid of them or conceal them?

well there is certain deoderants out there like the none white kind. Or mabe you just sweat alot.. if that is the problem i would take a x-tra shirt to school or go in the bathroom and wipe my underarms and then put new deoderant on... i know it might be a inconveinice to your like mabe you should check out a doctor if your sweating when your not supposed to be.

They happen when the protective cuticle has been stripped away from the ends of hair fibers. Split ends are more likely to develop in dry or brittle hair, and typical causes of damage include excessive dying or vigorous brushing.

Once the hair cuticle is removed, it is impossible to replace. Typically the hair splits into two or three strands, and can be as long or two to three centimeters in length. The best treatment is to cut off the split end of the damaged fiber.

But you don’t necessarily have to go to the salon every week to keep your split ends in check. In the sixties and seventies, woman used to burn off their split ends themselves! Ouch! I’m sure you’ll agree that that’s a little excessive. There are easier ways to get rid of your dead ends before they split further... DIY (do-it-yourself) hair trims. Don’t be afraid, everyone does it!

To remove split ends:

Take small sections of hair and carefully twist them in a gentle downward motion.
Any split ends will automatically stick out.

Carefully snip into the twist with sharp scissors. Don’t cut right through; just cut into the thickness to remove the damaged cuticles and give a natural layered effect.

Be careful to cut roughly the same amount from each twist.

(it's long but important info.) ever since this guy moved here (we'll call him James) I've liked him so much. James is the only guy I've ever trusted and the only one I can be my 100% self in front of. We're like brother and sister and we never get mad at each other. He knows I've liked him and he's liked me at times, but James has had 2 serious girlfriend during the time I've known him, and the current one is over a year already. I told James I love him and he took it well, but was in an awkward position because hes deeply in love with his girlfriend, we'll call her Kayla. well i truly would beat that girls ass. your right you and him were close first and its not right what she is doing. pull him aside and tell him how you feel. or call me one night nomatter if she is over there or not and when you call and shes over there and she has a problem beat her buns! thats what i would do. she doesnt deserve him.

okay for some reason i think its really odd to date a guy whos like 17. but then id love to date a guys whos turning 15. i know usually everyone wants to date guys who are older and taller then them but i mean i think its kinda gross well not gorss but just weird if i would date a guy whos like 2 years older then me or 2 years younger. is there something wrong with my brain or is that just my personality towards guys i like?

theres nothing wrong with that. its just all about what you like. for EX: my friend katie is 16 she turned 16 in january. shes in 8th grade(she flunked alot) and she goes out with this boy hes almost 14 and hes in 7th grade. theres nothing wrong with that. i personally like boys that are really close to my age. but dating a guy older is not much diffrence to me.
