The first time is just like any other time you have sex... lol except a girls cherry pops the first time she has sex and will bleed a little.. other than that its just sex usually the guy will be on top just so you are comphy but thats up to you. Hope i helped.. Good luck!

I weigh about 131 pounds and I'm 5'4 (I'm a female) I'm kinda curvy, but I would like to weigh around 115. Is this seriously a realistic weight? If so, how should I go about losing the weight in a healthy manner? (link)

Its realistic but i dont think you should go that far. 125 would be a good weight to shoot for. I think that at 5'4 weighing 115 would be way to skinny, you would be all skin and bones. Its up to you though but i think 125 would be good. Also to lose wieght drink a lot of water before meals that will cut down on the food you eat also you can exercise a lot when you wake up. That makes your metabolism faster throughout the day. Hope I helped!

Cut down on what you eat and drink a lot of water. Also do some sets of sit ups everynight and maybe every mornign when you wake up. It will help a little but there is no way really to get rid of a lot of belly and hip fat in that short amount of time. :) Good Luck!

Im not sure when you are the least likely to get pregnant, i think there is always that chance no what i mean? But i do no that you are more likley to get pregnant if you count 14 days after the last day of your period. It is when your egg is released and what not. And also I dont know if you know this or not cause you said about your period but you can get pregnant when you have your period. Hope I helped!

Put pressure on your stomach or put a baggy of hot water on your stomach when they come. I know it sounds wierd but when i get cramps i put books or something heavy on my stomach to make it feel better. Also you doctor can prescribe medicine to help because it sounds like they are pretty bad. Ask your mom about it and see if she thinks you should to the doctor.

Tell him how you feel, Just be like "Im not your mother and im not going to tell you what to do but i really think you should at least try to quit because I really like you and dont want you to ruin your life" It will make him think about what he is doing and that he is probably hurting you by doing it. Tell him how upset you are that he lied.. basically just tell him how you feel about the whole thing im sure that if you guys have been goin out this long he will understand.. Hope I helped!

O my hunnie dont you worry this is perfectly normal.. i have this issue too i can not look a guy in the eye for more then 10 seconds before I look away, not even my boyfriend. It doesnt make you look stupid your probably just scared that if you look in his eyes you will like him to much or something or youll be scared to know what he is thinking about. Dont worry about it its fine and im sure he wont mind. LOL let me know how it goes..!

Get his number and work up the guts to call him lol Find out what he is interested in first so you have some things to talk to him about when you call, dont just sit there and listen to each other breath. Ask your friends that maybe go to school with him to invite him to the movies or something for a group date that you will be at. I think that you are just nervous to talk to him because you are afraid that he will not like you but hey what can you lose? If he doesnt like you then it is his loss. And hey if you go to a movie you can always call him the next day and be like "How did you like the movie?"

I would see your doctor if i were you or i would tell my mom because moms always know what to about these things. dont be scared its a natural thing that happens lol. A lot of girls have irregualar periods and have to go on pills or what not to regulate it. Your not pregnant so dont worry about that, but i think you should tell your mom and she will tell you if she thinks you should go to the doctor because maybe it is just a genetic thing also.. Okay well i was dating this one guy Rick he was really nice and kinda cute and we talked like all the time on the internet and at school but whenever we started going out at school he didn't talk to me and it looked as if we didn't even know each other but whenever i talked to him on the internet he was sooo nice and it seemed as if i was falling in love with him... well since he never talked to me i broke up with him (all my friends told me to also)... well one day at
school i decided i was gonna have my friend Mary do it for me after school... well whenever i was in 7th period i decided i didn't want to... i told Ashley that but she didn't listen all she said is "if your gonna do it... its now or never" so she went and did it with a whole bunch of friends of hers (which i told her not to tell anyone but she did anyways) and then i was really sad and kinda mad about it b/c i didn't wanna do it... well i regret it A LOT! and now well there are a few other guys that like me and that have been asking me out but i don't know if i'm ready to go out with anybody.. i heard that rick still likes me but i don't know if i should go back out with him or someone else.. like my friends made fun of me for going out with him in the first place b/c he isn't the cutest guy in the world and they would really make fun of me if i went back out with him... and plus one of my friends like him but i know she wouldn't care if i went out with him ( i don't think she would) but i don't know if i should let him know how i feel or just keep it in and see if i eventually get over him! please help me! Who cares what your friends think of the guy that you are going out with the only person that you need to please is yourself and as long as you are happy that is all that matters right? :) And if your friend did that after you told her not too sh eis not a very good friend. If you still like Rick then i think you guys should start talking again and maybe go back out but tell him that you want to be able to talk to him in school and not just on the internet and friend and explain that that is why you broke up with him the first time and you dont want that to happen this time. Ims ure your friend that likes him will understand because you were going out with him first and you never stopped caring about him. At night when I'm in bed, my jaw always clinches. It gets so bad to wear it even starts hurting and I can't help doing it. I've tried putting my tongue in between my teeth but I just end up biting my tongue.
It also happens during the day. But I just make sure I always have gum with me because it keeps my jaw from clinching.
Does anyone know of anything I could try that would help? Or should I go to my dentist?

Ok,
I like this guy and he knows I like him. We have never talked before, it's just kind of a crush. Since he knows I like him, its really weird because I always see him looking at me. I thought it was in my imagination so I asked my friends to check if he was indeed looking at me. They said he was and it wasn't my imagination. Sometimes he walks by me for no reason, and my friends and I have even caught him checking me out a few times. Why won't he come up to me and talk to me? Is he afraid? I'm not scary, lol. And I thought about it and...why would he stare at me, check me out, and walk by me for no reason if he DIDN'T like me? He has to like me just a little....or maybe he thinks I'm a freak. :-( ....I sure hope not. HELP! What should I do? I really want him to talk to me, and I don't have the guts to do it myself!
