Lately, I have been concerned that I may be depressed. I've looked into it and I seem to have all the symptoms. I feel embarrassed talking to my parents about my concern. I feel weak and dumb. Can anyone suggest anyone that I can talk to about being depressed besides my parents, teachers or guidance councellor? Thanks.

Well just find a close friend that you can trust.Talk to him/her, but make sure they can understand you and can talk back to make you feel better so its not like your the only one in this and no one gets you.

I'm 13 and I'd like to know, how much makeup is too much? On a usual day, I wear eyeliner on the bottom lid, and an opaque, frosty lilac lip gloss. Is this ok? I don't want to look like a clown

Yes it good, but you can tell when its too much when you can really see it. people say that the pourpose of makeup is to make it seem like you really dont have anything on, but i dont know.You'll be able to tell when you have to much make up on.Plus you wont ever look like a clown.

Ok so i straighten my hair about every 3-4 days and i have splitends like woah

well the thing is ALOT of other girls straighten their hair daily and yet they have absolutley no split ends why is this?

A while ago i went and got my hair cut to rid of split ends but when i straightened my hair that night viola! there they were again.
The other day i out conditioner in my hair before straightening it (someone told me i should) but it didnt even help

so if someone can please give me some tips or products i could buy that would help w/this problem pleeease tell me

Well i straighten my hair everyday and yes i have spilt ends to. Its just the type of hair you have. Well alot of my friends have that too, but they just get there hair trimmed.so u could do that to. i dont know any products sorry.

Well that saying "once a cheater always a cheater" thats not true. its really just a phase, but to some people they stick with that forever. just stick with him and see what happens.

i had this dream the other night about my ex-boyfriend that i dumped. we were SO inlove and we were together for 6 months, but we literally don't talk anymore. i don't know if im over him, but he seems to be over me.
anyway, i had a dream that we were sitting, a group of friends (him included), and then we're alone all of a sudden, and im in his arms and he gives me a tight and emotional hug that i feel my heart leap and hurt when i wake up. usually, i forget dreams but this one is always on my mind. what does it mean? do i still love him? im freaked and i really nedd help and i would appreciate it more than anything if you helped me out.

Well you can't really tell when people are being honest. People may say they are but there fake. Alot of people are talking about sex now. It's really weird, but i guess its from movies and there older siblings. Thats probably where they get it from. But god only knows haha.

I have a very bad flirting problem. I know a lot of people who don't even know how to flirt. My problem is, though, that I do it way too much. I have a boyfriend and he gets mad because his friends flirt with me and I flirt back. What do I do to stop this?

Well i heard that its just a phase. So mabey it will pass.But if you want to quit then just like try to avoid them.If they talk to you then just ignore them.Or talk to them n tell them to stop.

ok, im almost in love with this guy. not obsessed, but getting close.
he's gorgeous && incredibly sweet.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on a good shampoo for me. I have shoulder length, straight, thick hair, and it is not colored. Right now I am using Redken Full Body shampoo, and the conditioner, but I would like to try something else. And I do not have a price limit, and I would prefer it to be over 10 dollars. Any suggestions would be great.

I use Aussie shampoo and conditioner and it works really well for me.All of my friends that use it have good hair. Plus it makes it smell good.:)

No, it dosent fall out. The most that happens is you get fried hair or split end because i've been starightning my hair for about 5 years now and its never happened i just have to get my hair trimmied often.

i've been really stressed lately and i finally cracked. yesterday night i was working on homework late at night and i just started crying. over all the things that are wrong in my life and it seems like theres nothing left to be happy about and im just not happy with my life right now. i dont know what to do.

Well you can talk to your closest friend/friends. You can listen to music that makes you happy.Go for a walk. Just do anything that can take your mind off of things.

Me and mum used to get along really well. Now i am getting moody i suppose and i am always fighting with her. I hate it because we always got along so well. But i am not just saying it is me, mum seems to be a bit rude to me sometimes and i get really upset. Well me and my mom were just like that. We used to be so close but now all we do is yell and fight with each other.If you want to talk to her, just say mom sit down please and we need to talk. Tell her not to say anything until your done talking. That really bugs me.Just tell her to listen to you and mabey everything will be back to normal. Hope i helped..

Well you can't really say who you want her to hang out with or not. You can try and talk to her. She might even get mad because i'm sure she dosent want you to tell her who she can hang out with or not.
