♥If you live in a city, definitly have the limo take you there to go shopping. The movie theatres, resturaunt, an ice cream shop, etc. are all fun choices. For a little extra fun, have people dress nice and have the limo take you all to a beach (or pretty scenary) to take pictures so you can always remember the event.

♥I have tons of friends and family that have to deal with this, and this is what they find helpful:

♥I don't think anyone in the world is satisfied with their weight, so this is your case. You are most definitly not overweight, you could in fact be underweight. You don't need to lose any pounds, but if you really want to (which there is no need for) try cutting out sodas and breads.

♥Almost everyone goes through this. The feeling of regret wont completley leave your system, but there are things you can do to help.

--Talk with a guidance person or a psychiatrist about it. This usually helps.
--Talk about it with anyone you can trust (if there is anyone)
--If this thing is a secret nobody knows about it, tell someone. This way you can open up to them and talk about it. Alot of pressure will be taken off you.
--Accept it, forget about it, and learn from your mistake.

♥Well you need a blender. If you have one, blend these ingredients together until they reach smooth "smoothie" consistancy.

1 cup Fresh or frozen fruit
Couple handfulls of ice cubes
Half a cup of yogurt
Splash of orange juice
Sugar, honey, or vanilla.

Hint: most smoothies taste better if there is a banana in them.

♥You can try running outside. If you don't like that idea and still like the idea of getting a treadmill (which I completley agree with you) you can try searching on EBAY. Also, if you have a used athletics equipment store nearby (most popular store that might be in your area is called Play It Again Sports, they have used treadmills (good quality, cheaper price). Also, you could try various yard/garage sales. If you have a little extra money, try getting a gym membership. Not only can you use the treadmill, you can use all the other machines too.

♥Call and explain the situation, the doctor will re-schedule the appointment. The different types of tests that gynos run will be interfered with your menstrual cycle. Don't be embaressed when you call in to cancel, be sure you tell her/him the reason, this is extremley common for them.

♥I don't know much about this. I don't really believe in spirits, but i'm not sure yet. I have never played with a Ouiji board, but i've known alot of people that have. Some certain members in my family have had bad experiences with them (they don't talk about it) so I can't really tell you if it's safe. I imagine that if spirits and ghosts are in fact real, companies wouldn't stalk their shelves with a dangerous product. I personally just think it's your mind.

♥That isn't fair to you at all. If telling your parents isn't working, start using their bathroom, move all of your stuff into it. If they complain and ask why you aren't using your own, tell them that your brother is repulsive and you refuse to share a bathroom with him unless he cleans up. This will probably help a bit.

♥I'm an athiest because I choose to be, that is my beliefs. I don't believe that God exists, no. I think he's made up to keep the world in check so nothing crazy happens. No, I don't believe in the devil. That's even worse than saying there is a god. Sorry If i'm offending you, it's just not humanly possible. I am open minded and don't mind other religions, I just don't like religions forced on me. Im athiest and never will be christian or anything else.

♥No problem, I love questions like this. I'll answer them in order:

1.) Good shampoo: Biolage by Matrix, hands down.
2.) Good shades of eyeshadow for black skin: Pastel creamy colors and shimmery gold or bronze. The lightness of the pastels (light blue, light pink, etc.) will show up like chalk on the dark skin creating a foggy trendy look. The glitter and brightness of the gold will match really good with an african american complexion. This also looks good on white and asian skin also.
3.) Perfume scents: Anything by Escada, Gucci Rush, Love spell by Victoria's Secret. If you have a tight budget I suggest: Glow by JLO, and Sweet Pea by Bath & Body Works.

♥Most people name cats because of the color of their fur, so that is how i'm going to answer this question.

If it's white: Snow, FrostyPaws, Marshmallow, Whitey, Flake, Cream puff, Eminem, etc.

If it's black: Salem, Knight, Gizmo, etc.

If it's orange: Garfield, Peach (my favorite cat name), Ginger, Gingersnap, etc.

Other cute cat names: Gem, Lily, Muffin, Abby, Chloe, Cleo, Boots (if it has different colored paws), etc. Also, naming cats after a candy name is cute (skittles, snickers, starburst, etc.)

♥I'm totally in the same situation. I recently just quit Competetive cheerleading and I gained weight also. I don't know about you, but there isn't any other sports that I like. I started to drink less soda and ate healthier snack alternatives. If you look at my column, I just answered a question that listed low-fat snack ideas. Also, for excersize, I definitly reccomend Tae Bo, it's a 1 hour long workout tape that burns about 1,000 calories.

♥Before I even think about helping you with this question, you need to understand that by being thin you're automaticaly popular, it doesn't work that way. Popularity believe it or not is based on personality (and superficial clothing), you have to be self confident, outgoing, and fun to be around. Also, not everyone popular is skinny. But i'll be nice and help you out. Foods to eat that are low in fat:

-- Celery. Alot of celery. No carbs, no calories, no fat. You can try and put some low-fat peanut butter or cream cheese on it.
-- Raw vegetables dipped in light ranch dressing.
-- Cut out all soda, white bread, and unnesscesary sugars. Drink juice and water, try and eat wheat bread, much healthier for you.
-- Fruit. If you are craving sweets, cut the candy, eat some fruit. Sprinkle some sugar or splenda on top for an extra sweet treat.
-- Grilled Chicken. A better alternative to fried chicken fingers, etc. Good over top salad.
-- For dinner instead of eating a baked potatoe, have a sweet potatoe, much leaner.
-- For other snacks: Yogurt, Cheese cubes, Rice cakes, Terra brand Chips, Boiled eggs, Smoothies, etc.

♥You aren't going to be allowed a room if you don't have correct ID and liscense. The safest thing to do is not check into a hotel because if they realize you are underage (which they obviously will) they may call your parents and your cover will be blown. If there is a cheapy Motel near you, they might allow you.
