Ever since I quit Competative cheerleading I put on a few pounds. * 2 or 3 * So I started to eat better, ( no soda . little junk food ) But I cant seem to fit in time to excercise, to be honest im not so motivated to excercise. What should I do to lose weight more efficently?

Try walking with friends or dancing by yourself for fun. Just find something that's fun to do. Try to eat about five small meals a day and stay away from sugars and salts. Junk food is OFF LIMITS. Its because its 2-3 pounds! That isn't anywhere near a notable difference. Hell, my dinner tonight was almost 1 pound itself, who cares about 2-3 pounds? just get over it, don't be so concerned with weight, especially that low of an amount. [ poa's advice column | Ask poa A Question ]

A vigorous house or room cleaning, walking an active dog, playing frisbee or basketball in the park with friends, babysitting some very active children, and even walking around the mall are great activities that provide you with exercise benefits without actually having to exercise.
Parking at the end of the parking lot of a store so you have to walk farther, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, adding spicy foods to your diet (revs metabolism making your body burn more fat), adding a good quality multi-vitamin to your diet, and increasing your water intake are all easy lifestyle changes that will also help you lose weight.
