OF COURSE girls can play football. ANYTHING BOYS CAN DO WE CAN DO BETTER. lol, although we may be forced to play flag football you can always play with friends and tackle the brains out of each other!!

Totally normal, periods can be totally abnormal. You can get it twice a month or once every 2 months. Just give it some time and you should get it into sinc. I heard that when you get around the age of 18-20 then your period should get stable and turn into once a months accurately. Anyway, don't worry about it! Hope I helped :)

Q: Ok so i have a cingular SLVR. The 7 one. Tonight i turned on my phone and saw my battery was low so i charged it. A few minutes later i found my phone's keypads lighting up but the screen is blank. I took it off the charger and turned it on but nothing happend. I pressed all the keys but the keypads just kept lighting up. I don't know what's wrong with my phone. The screen is just blank with the keypads on. I don't get it, any help?

Your phone screen may be dead. Have you tried calling someone without using the screen as your guide? See if it goes through. If it does then the screen may be dead, though my old phone had this same problem I would call people and receive calls but I couldn't see the screen. Eventually in a couple of days I glanced at my phone and the screen turned on. Maybe you just need to give your phone a little time and it may turn back up. Hope I helped!

Okay lately I have been shopping at a store called "Styles" it's this really trendy store where they having like layered looks like those stars wear and also really cute trendy things for a cheap price, check it out it was in my mall so you may have one near you! :)

Q: Do I have ear cancer or a tumor or something because im scared. My ear has been hurting for the past few months. No infection, apparently. I'm waiting for my mom to make an appointment lately but she keeps forgetting and gets mad because I keep reminding her and she said she doesnt need to be reminded. So why cant she just do it!

Anyways my ear has been hurting, my left ear. Sometimes when I turn my head it sends like a piercing pain through my ear! It HURTS! Also, I realized today that when I put in my earphones for my ipod in my ear, the one in my left ear is tighter then the right one -- IS THAT A GROWING TUMOR?!!?!?

Because I'm REALLY scared. I know ear cancer is rare-ish but its SCARY. I DONT WANT CANCER. I am only 13!!!!! and F btw

First of all chill out you may be over-reacting. When i was younger I had ear infections all the time. It consists of MAJOR ear-aching and a little inflation of the ear. It was pretty bad for me, but honestly I don't think it's anything you need to worry about at this moment. Just relax, get that doctor appointment and see what's up. :) Hope I helped.

Q: I wear a 34A bra, and my breasts are just too small for the rest of my body. I wear padded bras, but I've only found one kind that fits me right.

What I need is this:
1) Bra that has a lot of padding that looks smooth and natural on the outside of my shirt.
2) Bra that has some push up so give me cleavage while making my breasts look bigger all around for low cut tops.

I'd really prefer to hear from girls who have USED the bra before and approve of it...not just guesses. Brand names would be great...but links would be even better.

I wear a size 36B and I recently bought two amazing bra's from Wal-mart.. YES WAL-MART! They are extremely cute and they are from Fruit of the Loom. It is also a push up bra as well to add the extra cleavage shot. Oh and padding on the bottom to make your breasts look more full and awesome :) They're awesome, I highly recommend them.

The stepping stones of singing well need to be something that you are born with. If you are not born with the skills then you can always go to singing lessons and learn different tones, notes and rhythm.

By the looks of it I think this guy has a little thing for you, and I think you should definitely tell this guy how you feel. You can tell this guy that you aren't interested in the other guy you old want him. (Sounds like something straight out of a story-book huh)? Lol, anyway if you tell him how you feel I don't think it will ruin anything. Just try and not make it like you are throwing yourself to him because then it will be a little bit awkward and you may lose a friend. You can always make it casual or just throw hints. :) Anyway! Q: ok well i think im in love with two guys and one of them lives in a dif country!!! Firstly, any guy who asks for a nude pic probably just wants something to masterbate with. No offense, but I have talked to guy friends about this, they told me that they ask girls for pictures and web cam video's and they try to get them to show a little skin for their pleasure. Be careful with the guy from Australia, he doesn't sound too cool.

And now for the other guy, I suggest bring it up to him. Tell him how you feel and that you would like it if you guys hung out. Set a date in the future so he can empty all his plans and then you guys can have a fun time woo!! :)

Personally, I think you should go on the outing and see how it goes. If you notice he is acting like it's a more than friends date then just keep your distance and don't lead him on. If he doesn't act like that then you will know he just wants to be friends to! You can always drop hints or you can even bring a friend! Bringing friend's always make things less awkward and can send a message that it is just a friendly outing.

Q: during the summertime im always just sitting at home or laying out in the sun. i only usually shower once a week during the summer. is this bad? i dont do this during the school year obviously but i just dont see the point of showering a lot if im not even going anywhere

It's not like horribly bad. But I wouldn't reccommend it. If it gets to the point where this is what you are going to do and no one will ever make you change your mind.... then I suggest everyday washing your private part, arm pits, and face. These place need to be cleaned as much as possible. So if you want to limit your washing, just take 5 minutes out of your day to scrub the important parts! Hope I helped :)

Technically there is no difference because intercourse is happening either way, but if you want to be technical:

Guy on top: This usually has the guy doing most of the work on the girl.

Girl on top: This usually includes the girl doing most of the work on the boy.

The one on top usually does most of the work by taking control of the intercourse.

Q: Sometimes my mom can be my best friend, but often she takes it way too far. She'll ask me very private questions, won't let me have time to myself, and whenever I don't get invited somewhere she pesters me to basically admit to her that I'm a loser. She's always making me feel worse about myself asking questions like "Why does no one like you? Why don't they invite you places? Why are you sitting home alone again?" I quit cheerleading a few months ago (she was totally against me quitting it) so now she always tells me if I stuck with cheering I'd actually have friends. This really hurts.

I've tried asking her to stop, but then she just tells me I'm too sensitive and to get over myself. I'm not sure what to do about her anymore.

Personally if I was in your shoes I wouldn't ask her to stop because that just may make it seem like your whining or being a baby. I would personally just tell her how you feel or if your not into that kind of thing prove to her that you have friends. Or if it gets to the point where she doesn't pay attention to your efforts, stand back for a little and see how she reacts. Don't talk to her about personal problems, if you need to, talk to a friend. See if she gets the hint and she may approach you and ask "What's wrong?". Then if she does tell her how you feel when she is putting you down about your social life and tell her that it is lowering your self-esteem. Hopefully she will listen and become a little understanding.

You can always do dry sex with your boyfriend. There is no physical intercourse involved all you need to do it grab your boyfriend and (with clothes on) do the motions of having sex without really doing it. As in "humping" although I hate that word. :) Anyway Hope I helped! :)
