Well the abuse reports question was already answered below, and a profile picture.
You go to profile settings under welcome username!
click it and either upload a picture from your computer, OR you can upload it to tinypic.com
(I find that one works best)
Then copy the URL into the URL section.

At the top of this webpage on the green stripe click Report Abuse. Then when the page goes through go to "To check up on reports you've already submitted, click here." Click the "Click here" button. And your there :)
