How to ask him...
I am rather skinny, and I have a tiny bit in the way of a paunchy stomach (Just because I don't really look after myself, I eat what i want.)
The weird thing is though, I love when people touch my stomach (rub it, jiggle it, just like play with it), it really gets me off, (which is weird I know),so I'm not quite sure how to ask my boyfriend to it for me. I don't wanna weird him out.
Any suggestions?

i`m going to assume that sooner or later, he'll put his hand on your stomach.
when he does that smile at him and say hey that feels good, or something along that line, and thenhe'll know you'll like it & eventually play with it.

well, you could say it as maybe a joke, and if he does do it, put your suprised face on and be like, "hey, wow that actually feels good"

if you guys do weird stuff like that then just go out and tell him, if he is pretty traditional and sticks to making out then i wouldnt weird him out with weird stuff like that until you guys have been going for a while and just ask him to do it with a sexy look on your face and he will probably do it for you
