well thats your problem breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you have to eat it! also try some weight gaining shakes or candy bars you can find those at your local gmc or w/e store that has vitamins and stuff like that. hope i helped ♥ Kelley ♥

My bff Ashlyn, like this guy Tanner. Secretley I like him too but I haven't told her that yet. Well Tanner is been flirting with me ALOT latley and invited me to the movies. i think im pushing people away but i dont know why. ive only liked a couple of guys in my lifetime (im 17/f) and what happens is i really really like them, but then when they start to like me back, i begin to find them repulsive. for no reason at all. i dont understand. nothing about them changes at all, i just decide that i hate them. why do i do this?? yeah i have the same problem i dont know about your previous relationships but if you have had a relationship where the guy dumped you then that might be the problem when you like them then they start to like you, you automaticlly think there going to let me down and break up with me i dunno if thats your case but thats usually whats the problem is when you push them away. next time you like a guy dont completly let your guard down but dont shut your self out from them and give them a chance because you never know if that one you pushed away could really be the "one" well i hope i helped if not dont be afriad to rate bad if you have any other questions drop by my column sometime! ♥ Kelley ♥

Hey! at school we are taking a multimedia and we have to make a movie in a couple of months. The first step to making the movie is coming up with a production company. Can anyone come up with any ideas for me? Is has to be for example like.. lightning productions. Then there would be lighting in the background and all these special effects. (an idea like that, and no i cant use that one)

I've just recently been breaking out real bad on my face(this usually doesn't happen)and I also notice some red zit like bumps on my legs.. which is really weird. Does anyone know what this is?! ( i'm supose to be getting my period soon if that has to do with anything?) (link)

yeah that has a TON to do with it and once your done it will go away but if it doesnt use a face wash like proactive or something and that will work the red bump things on your legs are probably just ingrown hairs so get a new razor and use good shaving cream and that will get better hope i helped ♥ Kelley ♥

The other day on my way home from school I bought a bag of donuts and was eating them while typing out an essay on my computer.I was a bit careless and sugar and crumbs from the donuts fell on the keyboard.The next day after school I had ants crawling all over my keyboard.I dont know what to do.

spray a tiny bit of windex in there to kill the ants and the ants have probably crawled to your room so i suggest you tell your parents to call an exterminator so that you dont have ants biting you at night while you sleep hope i helped ♥ Kelley ♥

Ok im 13 and I have had sex twice....I know that I want to tell my mom....but i know that if I tell my mom she will tell my dad and I KNOW that he will flip out....But I had ses with a guy that i have been goin out with for 2 years already and we are still going out...so I dont think it is that big of deal...but how do I tell my parents without them like killing me??? What are ways of reducing anxiety? I'm a senior in high school so I've been pushing myself to do really well this year. I am also putting in 20+ hours a week at work which takes up alot of my time. I get stressed out over the littlest things that deal with school. Just over small assignments & tests. I want to do well but I can't seem to stop having this anxiety about everything. Besides medicine, what are ways to reduce my anxiety? (link)

take 30 minutes out of your busy day maybe inthe morning or before bed and just listen to calming music take deep breathes and dont think about the day if you do this before bed it will help you get to sleep easier without you thinking about the day also if you go to bed earlier and wake up earlier then it helps reduce stress also maybe in the morning go for a jog around your neighboorhood and eat breakfast well those are just some tips hope it helped ♥ Kelley ♥

Ok, so theres this boy in my class, michael. We were going out, and you kno, all that bf/gf stuff. We were really close and great together, we never fought, but of course there was a lil argument here and there. Well, one day he just broke up with me. He didnt tell me why, he just said we cant go out anymore and left. The next day, my best friend was wearing a shirt that said I love my bf. I asked her who her bf was and she said michael. She ddint even try to hide it or anything. I got really mad at her, and stopped talking to her. Now there are rumors going around that they had sex. I am really mad at my friend and i dont know what to do. I mean, i like her, but im really mad at her for stealing michael from him. What should i do??? (link)

I have Tmobile and they have the best service and you get great service in a ton of areas there prices arent bad either cause theres so many different plans like family and couples and so its great theres a ton of phone that also fit in the tmobile plan so i say definatly stick with t mobile hope i helped ♥ Kelley ♥

This question has probably been asked a million times.. it's one of those "do you think he likes me" questions. lol. There's this guy in my math class & I think he might like me but I'm not sure. He gives me a hug almost everyday & he's very sweet to me. He calls me babe and doll. He gave me his phone number and also said he wanted to take me out sometime. And one day he took one of my ponytail holders from my wrist & told me he was going to wear it that night during the game (he plays football) & he did. He also told me he saw me at the game. He also just looks at me for no reason & tries to make me laugh. He's sending all the right signals it seems like but I don't know.. I went though some of this with the last guy I liked and it turned out he didn't like me. So I really don't know what to think & I needed someone else's opinion. Thanks. =) (link)

Okay. Me an this gurl have been friends since the 6th grade, and now were freshman. We told each other everything we were like each others other half. Everytime you seen me you seen her. Well last November we went to the mall and to eat an bowling. Well while were there I met this guy that I have been with now for a year next month. An every since about January Mine an the gurls friendship has just broke. We would always get into it. And everytime something happened we blamed each other for it. Well everytime me an her got into it i told drew (my boyfriend) we he started disliking her because she always hurt me. As me an her drifted apart me an Drew got closer an closer. We became *bestfriends* I tell him everything an he tells me everything. Now he doesn't even like when I talk to her because he says shes a bad influence on me. Shes always trying to bring up our old friendship an how she misses it. And of course, I miss it just as much. But Shes not my bestfriend anymore .. Drew is. He knows stuff about me that no one knows. An I kno stuff about him that no one knows. We just so close. And she always brings up how he took me away from her an stuff. And I dunno what to do I wanna be friends with her but I don't think we'll ever be as close as we were. (like vacations together an stuff) And Drew doesn't want me hanging out with her, like going to her house an places. An sometimes when I do he gets like extreamly mad. So I dunno what to do? Ahhhh. Look im gonna be brutally honest here, friendship is way more important then any guy this guy claims to be your bff but if he cant accept that you girls are slowly beinging to be friends again then i dont really see the friend part in that if hes your bf then he should always accept what you want and also he might be getting jelous that you would hang with her mroe but i definatly think that you should talk to your bf and discuss how much you miss her i mean if you vacationed together and everything it cant just be over becuase you got a bf so talk to him and i hope i helped ♥ Kelley ♥
