yeah that has a TON to do with it and once your done it will go away but if it doesnt use a face wash like proactive or something and that will work the red bump things on your legs are probably just ingrown hairs so get a new razor and use good shaving cream and that will get better hope i helped ♥ Kelley ♥ ]
it seems like you should go see a trusted demotologist, and he/she will give you some treatments for acne ]
Hey,
Yes your period or stress is most likely connected to your break out. I suggest you start a strict regime here are the fabulous acne treatments you can use to do it:
Step one-
Cleanser, Cetaphil:
Of course this will help your skin in more ways than one after all it is not only 100% soap free (which means it wont dry out your skin) and dermatoligists recommened it too their patients who to suffer from out breaks.
Step two-
Astringant, garnier pure toner:
This toner works a dream not only dose it help reduce bltchiness caused by those blemishes but it helps to dry them out too.
Step three-
Moisturiser, clean and clear oil free moisturiser:
These days it is virtually impossible to find an oil free moisturiser that wont clog up your pores. This one is however excellent and it combines those two vital important factors into a nifty little cream.
Step four-
Blemish zipper, Benzyol peroxide:
Once again this product is recommended by dermatoligists. This cream helps reduce the redness, decrease the pufiness, and leave your skin looking fresh.
Cheers. ]
It may be that you are coming to the age of acne. Otherwise, it means that you are really stressed out. Whenever I have a lot of stress, my face explodes with zits. Especially during finals and midterms. I eve got a few at the start of school. The zit like bumps are also normal. I get them as well. They are ingrown zits, usually, and will go away. It's nothing detrimental, they are just growing a different direction, and are less noticable. If they aren't that, they are a type of rash that I have on my arm, back, and legs. It usually remains for about 5 years, and does nothing, until it disappears...
Your period may have something to do with it due to the stress that you feel worrying about it?

Okay, well after reading the entries below i decided that you needed a real answer, a helpful one. Okay, yes, your period could result in acne on your face, but not on your legs.
Now I'm not trying to say you're a dirty person, which i'm 100% sure you're not, but that acne on your legs means you just need to wash better. Or it could just be that your skin is super sensitive. Instead of using one of those yummy perfumed body washes, which i know are tempting, opt for neutrogena because that will treat your skin, getting rid of those "acnelike" bumps.
Hope this helped you! ]
I am not sure if it has to do with your period. The breaking out you can fix by using Cletaphil. You can buy this a Wal-Mart or any other store. If you shave your legs it could be razor burn. Good luck leave me a message! ]
Some people break out very badly right before their periods. This is probably it. ]
its prouble dat your bout to get your peoriod soon or it could be acne (sp?) well hope i helped and if you have ne more questions just drop em in my inbox ~*kelly*~(plz rate me) ]
