Gaining Weight

I'm underweight, I want to be healthier and stuff. I need to gain weight. Can you help me?
I have 2 meals a day lunch and dinner (No time for breakfast.)

Well...hmmm..Do you have time for like a fating snack??..well if anything i would suggest eat fating foods cuz they taste good:) hehe...as much as possible without gettin sick from eating too much...well hope you get to the point where ya want it and good luck i hope i have helped even the littlest bit byebye

well thats your problem breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you have to eat it! also try some weight gaining shakes or candy bars you can find those at your local gmc or w/e store that has vitamins and stuff like that. hope i helped ♥ Kelley ♥

well the reason your underwieght is because you are not eating the amount of fat and calories in order to have a healthy diet. if you have no time for breakfast grab an alpen cerial bar or any of those bars just to tired you over till lunch. for lunch have a baguet filled with some cheese or tuna. and for dinner what about a pasta bake. remember you can still buy healthy eating cookies or burgers if your feeling naughty.

Eat out. Buy more junk food. Eat carbs and meat, and skip vegetables and fruits. Don't eat salads, and don't drink milk alone.

hm.breakfast is the most important meal of the day i'm sure you've heard. So try and bring like a high caloric breakfast bar to school, and eat it on the bus or something. You could also try having shakes at night..shakes are very high in calories and will help you gain weight. there are also special shakes that are made specifically to help you gain weight, ask your doctor or pharmacy about them.

why dont you try doing some weights..going to the gym and using machines that will build up muscle. honestly..i think you should talk to your doctor about this on your next checkup..he will know the best and healthiest way for you to gain some weight

You really, really do need to eat breakfast. Even if you don't have time for it, brink a shake with you on the road, or a snack bar, but eat something.

Try to build up your muscle mass by eating colorful vegetables, lean meat, and lots of protein. Drink milk. Take vitamins.

i never have time for breakfast either. buy some like nutrigrain bars [sp], poptarts, or something like that. so you can eat in the car, or at the bus stop before school.* try eating more fruits && veggies. and work out. muscle weighs more than fat!!*-- if there is anything else i can help you with.. You should make time for breakfast. It startes your metabolism for the day and gives your body a good start. You should eat more calories, now, not stupid empty calories like candy corn, doritos, and lots of soda, but how about things like cheese and milk, avacados and pasta. These foods are high in fat, but they also have tons of nutritional value. You can also try eggs.(heh, not that I push eggs or anything) Since you don't have time for breakfast hard boil them in advance. Get some protein or soy powder and make a smoothie for yourself. They are easy and a great way to get nutrition. You should also try some vitamins. Since you are not eating much, I will assume your body is not getting the vitamins and minerals it needs. If you want to be healthier you are gonna have to take the time to dedicate yourself to it. There is no easy fix when it comes to being healthy.
