Hey all! I'm 15, almost 16 *August 5th* and I go to Utica High School. It's a decent school, but living in Michigan is a downer seeing as we have the most sporadict weather ever. But, I still love it. I wouldn't move if I had the chance. =) Anywho, I love Forensics, It's my biggest hobby I probably have. And no, it isn't CSI or any of that stuff, it's Competitive Speech, but not like debate. I do the drama portion of it. Haha. I also love to sing. It's my dream to grow up and sing for a band for be solo, far fetched, but I can dream dammit! I like anybody who can make me laugh, and hate people who are 'stuck up' and 'serious' all the time. People need to learn to let loose, you know? I'm also a Christian, because God is effin' cool. He's cooler than you, remember that. Also, highschoolers really need to remember : "Save yourself for the one God saved for you." There are so many sluts in my school, it isn't even funny. Rather sad if you ask me. Other than that, I'm a pretty normal teen.

Sounds like your ex-best friend is the gossiper, and perhaps you should point that out. And Danielle shouldn't be mad. The reason she told you is because she wants help. She may tell you she doesn't, but people who cut themselves don't tell others unless they want help. Give her help.

After you get out of the shower, do not dry your hair, bunch it up at the back of your head and tie it around a bunch of times with a pony tail.
Tie it in a bunch of pony tails at different angles and what not, and then let it down inthe morning, and it'll all be curly and wavy.

Try to look in the perspectives of your family members. What is it about him that makes them like him? Or maybe your family is pretending to like your sisters boyfriend for her sake. You just have to be careful. I know it isn't going to be hard to live in the same household but try to ignore him if you can. Whatever you do, do not talk to your sister about it. She will get angry. Maybe talk to your parents about why you don't like him, or why you're uneasy about him.

Long distant relationships are hard. You're going to break her heart more if you keep telling her how much you like her. Just tell her you don't want anything with her, and that'll cause her to feel no pain. If you're in Africa and she's not, then there is going to be a lot of hurt on her part. So, I believe the thing to do is let her go. I know it'll hurt, and I know you love her, but probably keeping her as a friend would be best-for now. You never know if you'll move back or something, so just keep her as a friend, and let her know you'll always be there for her.

Okay my little sister asbolutely refuses to go to school she wants to drop out thing is shes not 16 is there anyway she can drop out before shes 16? My parents and I have tryed everything even bribing her to go to school and it doesnt work. So is there anyway she can drop out before shes 16? If so please explain in details. You can phsyically force her into school, but that just causes drama. Here is what you do. Call the schools police officer, I can't remember the exact name, but call them and have them drag her out of bed, and trust me, they can and will do it. That'll get the brat to school.

The biggest problem I see... The 18-year-old is still a freshman in college and the 24-year-old graduated 2 years ago.

ok well im 15 and in 9 grade and theres this boy that i like but i dont really know him. Well ever since the beginning of the year i always caught him staring at me and smiling but never anything else, then we gradually started talking but only in class (we have one class together)well this semester i sit right next to him in class and we talk all the time but only in class. if we see each other in the hall we never say anything. yesterday our class was in the computer lab & we were only allowed to sit by 1 person at a table. well i got up for a minute to go look at another computer that no one was at or by and he came over and sat right next to me and we just sat there talking and then he put his hand on my leg. then the teacher looked at us an he got up and went to sit next to this girl i hate but hes friends with her. so what the heck?! im so confused so if u could just tell me if hes hinting he likes me or if he just wants to confuse me? plz i rate high!!

Okay. If he went over there and touched your leg, then went back to a girl you despise, how do you know the girl didn't ask him to do that? Maybe she hates you too. You never know. Or perhaps he does like you and he was afraid that the teacher was approaching, so he moved to the table closest to him, and that just happened to be the lady-in-questions table. I've gotten a couple ridiculous questions in my inbox lately- disgusting questions and some that, i just don't have any idea what to say to them. but i feel bad just not answering these people. does anyone else have this problem?

I get that all the time. If there is a question you don't know how to answer, just tell them you don't know how to answer it. In an adivce collum hunny, there are no rules of conduct when it comes to someone asking you a question.

Am I the only one that believes people should type correctly when asking a question? Is there some way to create something that would change words that were "Chatspeak" to English?
For example:

there is dis boi, i relli relli like him! wat do i do?

Would become:

There is this boy, I really, really, like him! What do I do?

I know that is a dumb question to start with, but it's an example. I don't know how to create a program that would change the "fake" words into "real" words.. if you know, and would share, you rock!

Here is what you do. Find something to take your mind of the boy, because like you said, the guy is dating one of your best friends. Take it from my veiw, I just recently started dating this guy like...a month or so ago, and my friend liked him before he asked me out. See, I asked her if she was okay with it and she said yes, so I went for it, the next day she was so pissed at me she wouldn't even talk to me. So don't mess with this chicks boy unless you want a fight, and trust me at your age you don't. Find a different guy, I know it hurts but things will get better, you'll be fine and life will go on.

Well, when you take a test, it doesn't really matter if you know the people there or not, you're taking a test, not going to a social gathering. You just have to keep focused and keep your priorities in line. You're not going there to have fun, you're there to take a test, and I guess you just have to remember that and perhaps you won't be so nervous.

Well, when a girl asks me out, I feel good. It feels nice to feel special for something I guess. It's always a nice feeling to find out that someone likes you. If you want to ask him out, just go up to him and tell you how you feel, because if you dwell on it, you'll just feel worse and worse, and what if he finds someone else to love? Then you'll never forgive yourself for not telling him how you feel. So go for it!

I have this one really good friend, and let's call her Jane. Jane and I met last year, when I came to her school for a gifted program. Jane and I became kinda friends, but I made a best friend that I'll call Kristen. It's a year later, and now were all good friends. Alright, this Jensine girl is craving attention big time, What you need to do, is give her space and let her have her attention with someone other than you. This girl doesn't sound like she'll change. I think you should go out with Fab, and tell Jensine that if she puts you down one more time, you will not be friends, and you mean it this time. I know it's hard to let someone go, but you have to do it. She isn't a friend. Trust me. She probably wants you around so she looks cool or something which she obviosly isn't. Don't hurt her feelings mind you, if she is as unpopular as you make her out to be, she might just want a friend. Be nice, but firm.
