sweetascandii answered Tuesday November 16 2004, 7:08 pm: Hey! Haha just ask like you would your best friend! "Have you seen ______ yet? My friend saw it she said it was great..wanna see it with me tonight?" Haha something like that. If you guys aren't that close yet..say something like "My friend cancelled plans to see _____ with me tonight! I have to see it this weekend I'm busy for the next 3 weeks blah blah..wanna come?" Haha hope this helped a little bit! -- Taliaa -- [ sweetascandii's advice column | Ask sweetascandii A Question ]
zwimo answered Tuesday November 16 2004, 6:48 pm: don't listen to those peeps, what you do if you haven't already is say and i quote: "hey, you should give me your number so i can call you this weekend." this line works wonders!! that way you 1 get his number and 2 can ask him later to the movies!! and btw don't go with a group if that group has people that like eachother or are dating as well, cause if he's a guy, unless he's like totally fried, then he'll catch on!! hope it helps

Hey, wanna go to the movies tonight?
Did you see that _____ has come out? Maybe we could go see it.
^Those are if it's a friend, or somebody that you talk to. Like, me and my friend Chris. Today during e/la he was talking about Finding Neverland, and how it's a 'chick flick' and that a bunch of girls want to go see it w/ him, and he likes my friend brittany, who likes him (niether of them know they like each other.) So I was like, hey, maybe you me britt, n Joel (my b/f) can go see it.
So, if it's somebody you talk to a lot, then just casually bring it up.
Or talk about how you and some friends want to go see, ummm, The Spongebob Squarepants movie coming out on Friday, and make it where he's listening, or where he says something, and then be like, Do you wanna come?

sexypandabear21 answered Tuesday November 16 2004, 5:52 pm: I know its not an easy thing to do but just ask him. If he's a friend it'll be easy. All you have to do is say, "Hey you wanna go see a movie this weekend?" If he's not a friend and you're admiring him from a distance then it's goin to be a little harder. Get to know him first, then ask him. [ sexypandabear21's advice column | Ask sexypandabear21 A Question ]
