im 13 female
Im turning Vegetarian for 3 reasons.
1. i really dont like eating meat
2. i am against experimentation on animals, so why eat them when im against what people do to them
3. no one thinks i can do it..
do you know anything that is meat less ( food ) that is good that i can make

salad is easy. Peanut&Butter sandwiches,soup with out meat or coarse. Lettuce wrap with rice in it. Fruit,and any kind of vegitables. Oh yea there is this fruit called pomegraniate and you take a knife and slice off the skin and inside there are little grape like things that you pop the sweet juice !! (I LOVE THEM

well take it from another girl. Just try to so cute. Try to impress her by knowing everything you can about her. (without being a stalker) If she likes something take it in your intrest to talk with her about it. Oh yea and compliments are always good. so dont be shy and I hope something works out.

Today I had an interview with Old Navy. It went pretty well and the manager said he would send someone to show me around the store to see if I'll be comfortable working there in a few days and then take me to his supervisor who will see if I'm ok for the job and then I'll be hired.
So I have a few questions that I didn't ask (I didn't want to be too upfront too quickly):
1. Some of my friends tell me that Old Navy has a reputation for treating their employees badly. Is this true?
2. So I asked the manager about the dress code and he told me that everything that is "Old Navy-ish" meaning jeans or anything you could buy at Old Navy (not neccesarily -from- Old Navy) and is appropriate (no mid-riffs et cetera) goes. So for the walk-through, my friends told me I should wear nice jeans and a dressier top instead of formal pants or such.
3. In British Columbia, the minimum wage for the first 500 hours that someone works is $6.00 (which is what I wrote on my application form) and then $8.00 after. Some stores start paying $8.00 immediately. Does anyone know what the starting pay for Sales Associates are at Old Navy?
4. He asked me if I wanted to work the floor or the cashier. I told him anywhere where I could interact with people. I thought that would mean the floor but my friends say that you interact more at the cashier and the floor is just cleaning up and stuff. But I don't really think the cashier is for me, I would rather be active and doing stuff. In your opinion, which one is less stressful/easier/more interactive during the Christmas season, the floor or the cashier?
5. How are the customers at Old Navy? Some people tell me that everyone there is rude and messy but some say it really varies. What do you think?

13/F! I've only had one boyfriend whom I went out with for 5 minites and he went to my school and he was like 2 years younger then me. He was my first boyfriend but I dumped him I don't know why I think it was because of the age difference and stuff. Well anyway I don't really think I'm pretty. I really like this kid Brian he's so hott and stuff; but I don't think I'm pretty enough to go out with him I'm afraid to ask him because I don't want to be rejected. I hate this I see him every day at school and we used to talk but my so called friend ruined that cause she told him I stalked him but I didn't. Stop telling your self that you aren't pretty and that your not good enought for him. If he's says no then hes not worth it. They are too many guys out there to get hung up on the A$$E$. Pardon my french. Hope that helps.

For girls there grow spurts are between the ages of 12- 16 and boys are 15 - 18 . Girls get there height before the guys. Unless there are real giants. I am short so I asked that from my docter and that is what they told me.

everytime i put makeup on it looks really powdery if thats how you spell it.. i use lotion before i put it on but it still looks dry and stuff.. what should i do or what brand of makeup should i try to use...?? i need major help haha (link)

hey! Well i use bobby brown make and it seems to really work well. Also if u want flawless looking skin you should use girogio armani. It really looks great and i have gotten so many complimets on it, if you really want to splurge. If u are on a budget, go to walgreens and buy revlon. No Joke. But for the dry skin try using olay moisturizer.

okay every day after i come home from school, i am bored. i don't know why. i mean, i have homework and stuff like that but when i try to do it i get really really distracted and i get in big trouble afterwards. does anyone have any ideas on ways i won't get distracted? and... does anyone have any ideas on what i can do when i get home from school so that i don't get bored? i rate high!!!! thanx!!!!!! :-D (link)

Well if your getting distracted try to set a goal for yourself. Like when I get home I try to see how long it will take me to do my homework in whatever subject...then the next day I try to brake that time by doing it quicker. It helps you get your Homework or studing done and then you can do whatever your hobby is. Or just go talk with some friends. I hope that helps.

My husband and I are adopting a cat today from the Humane Society. The cat is 4 years old, and has not been declawed. I feel it would be inhumane to do declaw her, but I am worried about her scratching my furniture, and me as well. Does anyone have any alternitives to declawing, or how to prevent her from scratching the furniture.
And any other tips for a new cat owner would be appriciated. (link)

Don't let her get on the furniture when you first get her. your going to have to just tell her no. But giving her own cat bed of some sort my help.

I live in an apartment with my mom. We want to get a cat and the landlady said we can if it doesn't have any claws. We aren't sure if thats ok to do to a cat. I no one other person who has a cat like this and the cat seems happy. What do you think? (link)

Declawing a cat is ok to the cats health but it is giving it no defense if it ever got out. It wouldn't be able to climb a tree or scratch a dog. It would have no protection so if you get a cat and you have it declawed I would be very careful not to let it out at ALL.

i have a mini dachshund he is 2 yrs old,he was born with what appeared to be a scratch on his eyeball,as he grew so did the scratch,it now take up half his eye and it has a foggy color to it,and what we believed that was a scratch looks as if it was actually hair,there are a few pieces of hair growing ,it is embedded inti his eye.is this possible? I would ask the doctor about that. That doesn't sound right. Try to use doggy eye-drops.

My labrador puppy, Chewbacca or Chewie for short, is turning five. His mom is my sister's dog, Vanilla Wafer or Niller, and she has an eye problem. She's gone blind and has such problems that she may have to have her eyes removed. I'm terrifed that Chewie is going to develope the same eye problems. I sat in between mine.with the two carriers facing each other. Then after they had ther hissy fits I let them in a huge room together.I brought my house cat to sit next to me and finaly the other one got jealous and got up there next to me on the couch. Now they are best buds. (Just be careful. Don't get in the way of those claws. Oh yea WATCH THEM. keep the carriers far enough apart to where they cant stick there paw out and swipe.

Thats a good question. If it was me I wouldnt get dog known for fighting. Maybe a family dog like a golden retriever,lab,colley ect.. See if you got a boxer you wouldn't want something to happen to your kids or youy 2 yr old pulling on its tail. I dont think it matters how much you trust it. Just one bite is all it would take.Hope it helps.

ok i just got a horse. she is a liver chestnut mare. i want to know what colors would look good on her (like saddle pads and stuff)....i was thinkin blue but my favorite color is pink lol. and i have always had geldings and now that i finally have a girl i can actually dress her up like one! lol any suggestions? thanks! Okay, for the past..6 years my sister and I have been trying to get a dog. But all my mom says is no. I don't think my dad would mind just as long as it didnt shed. She Court [[my sister]] and I have found numerous types of dogs that are SO cute AND don't shed. All my mom says is I'll consider it. It's on all of our Christmas/Birthday lists but nothing happens. Well if your mother is worried about a dog shedding than your problem is solved because some groomes including mine have this thing calle the deshedded special which is 20 $ to 70$ depending on the dogs size and hair. It lasts for about 3months and I use it on my dog. They also groom and trim and of coarse bath you dog.
